Jungkook's POV

I was standing in Y/N's room, watching her close the door behind Areum. She turns to me, worry and anxiety written all over a face. She didn't look happy about me being here at all.

"Why are you here, Kook?" She asks, crossing her arms.

"I need to talk to you about something," I wipe my forehead, feeling a burning sensation all over my body.

She walks up to me, grabbing my hand. "Are you okay?" She asks, concern written all over her face.

I nod, "I-I'm fine."

She sits me down. As soon as she does, black seeps into my vision. I don't remember anything else after that.

A Few Hours Later...

The first thing I see when I wake up was Y/N sitting by my side, on the bed. She was looking down at me, smiling as she hummed her solo song. She couldn't have looked more beautiful.

"Hey," She mumbles. "Are you feeling a little better?"

"I think so," I nod, laughing softly. "What happened?"

"You lost consciousness," She replies, smile disappearing into thin air. "When was the last time you ate?"

"I think two days ago," I cough. "I don't remember."

"What about drinking water?"

"I don't remember."

"Kook, you've got to take care of yourself. Do I need to watch you twenty-four-seven?" She sighs, shaking her head disappointedly at me. "What is going on?!"

"I just... I don't know what's going on. I just have had a lot on my mind, I guess. No, you don't need to babysit me." My voice cracks.

Her facial expression softens, "Awh, Kook..."

Throughout the next three hours, Y/N took care of me and making sure I was in good shape before even standing up. She brought me some food and water. She had to help me sit up in a way where I wouldn't feel lightheaded. Y/N has always had that motherly side to her; she may be young, but she's that type of person.

"Do you think I can go home now?" I ask her.

I checked the time; it was around midnight. I'm sure the guys were probably getting worried. I said I would go shopping with Jimin, but I never showed up. I feel really bad about not being with my best friend, but I couldn't help it.

"Remember your first attempt at standing up when I wasn't around?" She gives me a look.

"Heh," I sigh. "Yeah..."

"Then no. In the morning, I will help you up and then you can leave." She smiles her award-winning smile. "I've decided to check up on you every night, whether it's texting, calling, or coming to visit you."

"You don't know-"

"Yes, I do know where you live." She interrupts, grinning.

"This is why I fell for you..." I sigh.

She nodded, getting up. "Goodnight, Kookie."

She shut her bedroom door, leaving me alone in the dark. At that moment, I felt nothing but love. I could still see the love in her eyes she shared with me. She seemed very passionate about taking care of me. Y/N has that type of personality where she'll put everything down just to take care of someone she loves.

When I woke up this morning, Y/N was already arranging things in a grocery bag. She looked at me as I shifted under the covers.

"I'm making you a goody bag." She replies in her sleepy voice.

"What's that?"

"I packed you some snacks and bottles of water in the bag. I want you to take a break every two-three hours just to eat and drink something. I don't need you coming to my apartment just to pass out again." She chuckles wearily.

"How long have you been up?" I asked her.

"Not long..." She lies.

"Liar," I sit up slowly, taking in her advice from yesterday.

"I've been up all night," She sighs. "I couldn't sleep knowing you weren't feeling well."

I nodded, "I'm okay."

She nods. She helped me stand up, trying to force all of my weight onto her. I wouldn't allow it.

I was walking out of her apartment when she said: "Text me what you were gonna tell me earlier."

"I will," I smile at her. "It's nothing bad; do not worry, princess."

She hid a small smile when I called her princess. I felt her eyes on me as I walked down her hallway, heading towards the elevator. I knew things were going to be okay with us right then and there. The only thing is; I'm falling for her again.

When I got to the dorm that my group shares during busy times, Jin automatically pulls me into a tight hug. He kept mumbling something I didn't understand. But what I did understand from what I heard was:

"Oh my, my baby. My delicious babycakes."

"Um, Jin, I'm not your delicious babycakes." I laugh awkwardly.

"Where the heck did you get delicious babycakes from?" He pulls out of the hug, offended.

"Your jumbled up words," I shrug. "Better speak clearly the next time."

"I said, 'Oh my, my baby. How I worried about my baby' and I really still don't understand how the heck you got babycakes or delicious." He breaks down laughing.

"I've had a long night, okay?" I laugh, walking away. "Any food?"

"Bacon, eggs, and pancakes in the kitchen," Jimin walks in the dining room, grinning. "Jin and I made them with love."

"Ew." I walk into the kitchen, grabbing a few pieces of bacon.

"Y/N told us to fix you a whole plate," Yoongi steps in with a clean plate, piling things onto it. "We gotta follow the lady's orders now."

"Guys, guys," Namjoon takes the plate from Yoongi. "Let the kid fix himself something. He's twenty-two."

I grab the plate from Joon, "Yeah. Twenty-two." I repeat, fixing a plate full of bacon, pancakes, and eggs.

I walk into the living room, sitting beside Taehyung on the couch. The television was on; he didn't even notice my presence. I'm fine with that... like I need any more questions.

"Did you kiss her?" He asks.

"NO!" I groan, getting up to go to my bedroom that I haven't been in for months.

As soon as I shut and lock the door, I felt a sense of relief but loneliness settle in. This is a habit. This is a routine. I'm used to it. The pain is finally bearable.

Everything... will... be... okay...
