I remember when I was four years old. It was summer holiday's my mum,dad and I where down south at a resort right by the beach.When we first arrived I ran straight out of the car and hugged my Nanna she always meet us there. After we where all settled in me and my cousin [she was around the same age as me her name was poppy,] put are bathes straight on and started running to the beach but before are feet hit the sand we where interupted by someone calling are names it was my mum."hope poppy wait up you need an adult to supervise you and don't forget sunscreen" my mum shouted as she was running up to us. She had a huge bottle of sunscreen in her right hand and two towels in her left hand for us. We started to walk down I started to feel sick. But I didn't want to miss out on the beach so I didn't mention it to anyone.As my mum pulled up the back of my rashy to put sunscreen on my back she saw a purple rash and screamed but as she screamed I fainted.

I remember the sound of the ambalance and the flashing light's. I don't remember anything else that happend that day. But the sentence that the doctor whispperd to my parent's "hope is suffering from a rare type of cancer it's not to bad but as she grows older she will ethier grow out of it or will get it really bad but from the test's we have done she should grow out of it between the ages 9-12."

I stayed in hospital for the rest of the week so they could perform more test's. But the unlucky thing was is that we where only on holiday for a week. So I spent the whole of my holiday locked away in a hospital bed why getting jabbed with needle's i was a bit unshore what was going on but i knew for a fact what cancer was. And i wasn't happy when my parents said it was just a flew. But what they didn't know was I know what cancer is after pop died from it last summer nanna told me all about it and i rememberd every last word.
