Hopes P.O.V
I woke up nerves as ever I rang Emily as usual she asked if she can come I said sure meet me at mine in an hour. I got up and dressed I put a bucket hat on some shorts my swimmers and my usual clothes mum promised me and Emily could have the rest of the day off and go to the beach.
I waited for emily to come I waited and waited she inly had a few seconds before the hour was up and like usual she comes exactly when the hour is up. We ran straight into the car. As we got to the hospital they signed us in and then mum gave me and Emily some money to go get some food. We both got some hot chips and a lemonade we walked back to mum. it was about a ten minute wait before my name got called I was so nervous I was shaking. I took my blood test and then waited anxiously I new this was the test that was gonna predict if I was gonna die or not. As I waited mum said she wants to see the results by her self and talk to dad about them before she tells me which Is unfair but u didn't complain.
"Hope your results are ready" the doctor shouted.
Mum told me to wait why she goes and see what they say.
It took about half an hour for them to have there conversation and while we waited me and Emily made a bucket list for stuff that we can do together if the tests say that I'm going to die.
Mum walked out head to the ground and told us to go into the car so we did. mum started the car she didn't say a word I new this couldn't be good we jumped out of the car and I ran and hugged dad. we then walked ahead as mum and dad talked I knew this couldn't be good. I ran up to mum and asked for an ice cream she said we don't have the money I begged then she shouted "WE DONT HSVE THE BLOODY MONEY OKAY WE NEED THE MONEY TO PREVENT YOU FRON DYING OKAY THE TESTS SAY YOUR GONNA DIE"
I started to cry I then ran behind a wall where I was hiding. Dad came running and asked if I was okay .
(Sob sob) she could have at least told me in a non shouting way.
It's okay sweetie it's okay you will be fine. my dad said
It's not okay dad I'm gonna die.
