The soft shuffle of Yeosang's socks had began to make imprints in the carpet where he was currently pacing.

Hyunjin lay on his stomach on the bed, eyes following his repetitive movements. They were attempting to write new material for his show but he was so distracted this week that they had only managed to write down a few chords.

"Still no word from San?" Hyunjin questioned.

"It's been a week, I don't understand why he won't answer my messages," Yeo had been so worried about San and hadn't spoken to him since Hwa's.

"Do you think something happened? Why did they leave so quickly that morning? Is Wooyoung still not answering?" Questions fired rapidly from his mouth, not even giving Hyunjin time to answer them.

"Maybe. I'm not sure, and no he still hasn't answered." he replied.

Yeosang came to an abrupt stop, determination taking over his face. He hurriedly began grabbing his things and stepping into his shoes. Hyunjin sat upright, alarmed, "Where are you going?"

"To see San, whether you come or not but something is wrong. I can feel it."

Hyunjin stood up and quietly followed him out the door as they headed to his best friend's house.

A low chime sounded from the other side of the door as Yeosang rang the bell. When there was no answer he rang it again. After five minutes passed by he pushed the circular pearl shaped button rapidly, until the door finally flew open with a rush of air that blew their hair back.

Seunghyun stared at Yeo, brows knitted together in frustration at the unannounced intrusion. His eyes flitted between the two until Hyunjin elbowed him in the ribs, urging him to say something.

"H-hi. I'm just looking for San, I hadn't heard from him in a few days and I wa-" Yeosang began but was cut off.

"San can't have visitors right now, or ever again if I have anything to say about it," he said deeply.

Now Yeosang really needed to talk to him. He didn't understand what was going on for him to be like this, especially towards him.

A tiny pout formed on Yeo's lips and he clasped his hands together pulling them in front of his face. His eyes become wide and rounded, pupils gleaming under the light that was coming from inside, "I just want to talk to him for a few minutes. Pleeeaase.... Papa Choi?" His bottom lip jutted out, completing his pitiful look.

Seunghyun's face softened momentarily at the childhood nickname that Yeo had called him since he and San met. When he regained his composure he stared at the two for a moment more before he released a long and exasperated sigh, then stepped aside to let them in.

When the door closed behind him, they took off their shoes at the entrance and the elder turned his gaze to Hyunjin, "Who is this?" he said, not breaking eye contact.

He froze and Yeosang answered quickly, trying to come to the aid of the stumbling boy next to him. He knows first hand how intimidating he could be.

"This is Hyunjin.....my boyfriend," he muttered and blushed slightly while he looked to the taller male.

Seunghyun stepped closer to Hyunjin. He stooped down to the black haired boys level to meet his eyes. In a low tone he said, "I'm sure Yeo has told you he's been a second son to me. I will protect him the same way I protect San. You look like a smart kid so I'm sure you can figure out what I'm getting at.."

Hyunjin gave a small bow as Seunghyun pat him firmly on the arm and pointed them upstairs.

As they tip toed up the wide staircase to San's room Hyunjin muttered, "So that's where he gets it from," he said with a shudder, referring to the daunting facades of both little and big Choi.
