Ruby began running through the facility, following the blood trail that was caused by the Indominus Rex's cut across the eye.
Ruby: Y/N!
The Indominus Rex's head perked up from the sound, the Paladin turned around and pressed a button. A current ran through the Hybrid's body, making it roar out in pain. He then stopped holding down the button as the Hybrid shook its head and looked at the Paladin.
POB: you will remain focused. She calls for you because you deserve no freedom. I saved you from the abuse.
The Paladin always manipulated Y/N, making him feel he is useless without the guidance. The torture lasted days on end, tortures such as a whip, cutting, electrocution, and pulling teeth from his head.
This going on for weeks on end, broke
Y/N emotionally and physically.
Outside of the facility ships were all flying in one direction, and flames were seen coming from some of the vents of the massive place.
Nora: well.....that can't be good.
A massive explosion came from the side of the place.
Yang: Ruby!
Meanwhile
Ruby ran through the metal, seeing a massive pool of blood and looked up to see the Indominus standing with the Paladin as the hatch for a ship was opening.
POB: soon....you will have your revenge boy. Beacon will fall, so will any who oppose you. I fell once.....that is something that will never happen again.
The Indominus walked with the Paladin of Blood as the sound of a gunshot was heard, catching both of their attentions and stopping them from going on the aircraft.
Ruby: Y/N!
The Indominus looked at her with soft eyes and walked a few steps over to her.
POB: watch....your step.
The Indominus Rex then stopped as Ruby looked at it.
Ruby: come on! We can leave together!
POB: you know better, you know they don't care. Why would they show any bit of anything towards you? You must think about these things boy.
The Indominus Rex looked at Ruby, and back at the Paladin.
POB: difficultly? Make a choice. The place will blow in a minute.
Ruby: please Y/N. I'm sorry we couldn't find you! I wanted to find you more than anything!
The Indominus took a step closer to her, hope was seen in its eyes....then quickly turning to despair. It remembered all that the Paladin said, for all the Indominus knew Ruby could just be lying.
The Indominus put its head down and turned around and walked into the airship with the Paladin, who had an evil smile on his face.
Ruby: Y/N!
Tears filled her eyes as the door closed, The Indominus transformed back into Y/N who gave a side view towards her before the door completely shut. The aircraft took off and launched into the distance. Ruby went to her knees and began to cry. A bulkhead entered the facility, where Yang grabbed her by her cloak and brought her on board before leaving.
The facility then exploded, sending a shockwave out for miles.
Weiss: Ruby....where's Y/N?
Ruby looked at Weiss, her silver eyes shined with tears.
Weiss: oh no.
Weiss and Ruby hugged each other as the door to the bullhead closed.
