It's been a month since I went on a movie date with Riley. We're still friends. Declan and I still having a secret affair. Julianna told me I had to make a choice but I don't want Declan to tell everyone including Dean of Students about our affair.

However, I have to make a big decision between Riley and Declan. Its not going to be easy. My phone went off and it was Riley calling. I answered it.

"Hey, Riley," I said. "Hey, I haven't seen you in a while. How you been?" he asked. "Good, jusrt busy with college classes. How are you?" I asked. "I'm good. Just focusing on my studies and thinking of you," he said.

"Awww, how sweet of you to think about me," I said, smiling. "Yeah, kind want to go another date with you," he said. "Oh um, can I think about it?" I asked. "Of course you can. Just let me know," he said.

"I will," I said. "Okay, talk to you later," he said. I nodded and ending the call. I sighed now. Julianna got home. "I'm home and I got your favorite pasta," she said.

"Thanks. So remember when you told me to make a choice between Riley and Declan?" I asked. "Made a decision?" Julianna asked. "Yes," I said. "Tell me," she said. I told Julianna my choice and she nodded.

Next Day

Today, I'm making my choice that might or might now ruin my rep. I am in Declan's classroom, all of us students were studying for our tests. "Okay, pencils down. Turn in all your tests and you guys have a good day," he said.

Everyone turned their tests in and I sent in mine. I left the classroom but ran to the restrooms until everyone leaves. Declan usually stays after an hour staff leave. I sneaked over back to his classroom.

I saw the Janitor leaving the room and headed down the hall. I went into Declan's classroom and he was in their by himself. "Nita, what you doing here?" he asked. "Can I speak to you?" I asked.

"Yes, come in to the office," he said. I followed him into his office. I shut the door behind him. "So what's up?" he asked. I looked down and sighed. "Declan, there's something I need to confess to you but I don't want you to ruin my rep and betray my brother's trust," I said.

"Are you choosing someone else over me?" he asked. I nodded. "Yes, I really like this Riley Banks guy. I've been going on dates with him," I said. He sighed angrily. "I told you that you were mine and no one elses. I meant that! Now after everything we have gone through most of our childhood and reuniting and having this secret affair we had for a year and now you want to throw that away on another Conrad Emerson?" he yelled.

"He is not another Conrad Emerson! He hates Conrad more than life itself. He's nothing like Conrad!" I said. "Don't you dare yell at me like that?!" he yelled.

"Or what? You gonna ruin my rep, tell everyone I was sleeping with you for grades, make up lies about me? Even betray my brother's trust?" I asked. "Why would I do that? Nita, I promised Kyle that I would never hurt you. I made that promise since we were little kids. If I broke that promise, he can beat me up for it. Don't forget, I'm in love with you. I won't do anything to hurt you," he said.

My eyes open wide. "You won't hurt me because of Kyle?" I asked. "Yes, I'll admit that. If you do date Riley and then he hurts you like Conrad did, then don't come crying to me!" he said. "Then I won't!" I said.

"Before you go, do you love me, Nita?" he asked. I left the class room without answering the office and leaving the building. I got to my car and sat there. I panted and I placed my head on the steering wheel. I cried in the car before I drove away.
