Riley and I woke up on the couch together in the next morning. I moaned. "What time is it?" Riley asked. I grabbed my phone and checked the time. "Its 5am," I said. "Shit. I over slept," Riley said. He gets up and changed into cleaner scrubs.
"I'll wash everything for you," I said. "Thanks babe, I'll call you on break," he said. I nodded. "Have a good day," I said. He was about to kiss me but I made him kiss my cheek.
"I will. You as well. Stay off that novel writing," he said. I nodded. He leaves. I headed upstairs to my room and went back to sleep.
Two Weeks Later
I am getting ready for mine and Riley's engagement party. Only close family is to come to the party. Riley doesn't know that I've been secretly cheating on him with Declan. I got dressed up in a white dress with black lace on top of the dress.

"You look nice," I said, smiling. "Thanks you look stunning," he said. "Thanks. I'm kind of nervous about this engagement party. Especially you mom wants to control everything," I said.
"Well I will tell her that its your parents job to pay for the wedding and not hers," he said. "Thanks, babe," I said. He kissed my forehead. "We should get going," he said.
I nodded. Riley and I left the house and got in his car. He drove to where our engagement party venue. I looked out the window. My phone vibrated and it was Declan calling me. I ignore it. "Declan?" he asked.
I nodded. "Yeah. He believes I'm making a mistake by marrying you," I said. Riley looked at me. "Do you think your making a mistake by marrying me?" he asked. I didn't answer his question. "Babe, you don't have to answer that question. I know you still have feelings for Declan," he said.
I gave him a look, raising my eye brow. "How do you know?" I asked. "I just know things. If you still have feelings for Declan, I understand. If you don't want to get married, just let me know. I won't get upset," he said.
"Are you sure?" I asked. "Well who does your heart want?" he asked. "I still have feelings Declan. I know I had a fling with him still as a student. My heart still wants him," I said. Riley nodded. "Okay. If your heart wants Declan, you should follow your heart. I won't be upset," he said.
