Everything had been going just fine at first, until Audrey and her gang had decided to be brats towards Ruby.
"Oh look!" Audrey said, cruelly. "Percy's got a new pet!"
"Hey! Apologize!" Percival said, getting annoyed already with the brattiest princess he'd ever met.
"Why should I? She's a dog! You know what she does to her boyfriends?"
   "I don't care, Audrey! Apologize!"
"Oh?" She raised an eyebrow. "So you wouldn't be interested to know that she ate her last boyfriend?"
Audrey's group oohed and winced at that. Ruby's eyes widened. "How do you know that? Who told you?"
"Does it matter? He'll leave you once he knows what you're capable of."
"Sister, you have no idea what I'm capable of!"
With that, her cloak was discarded and she turned into a wolf, attacking Audrey. Audrey's piercing scream was what made everyone rush over to see what all the fuss was about.
Ruby leapt on Audrey who reached for a necklace she was wearing. Ripping a vial off the rope, she blew some sort of dust in Ruby's face. "Fairy dust." She said, triumphantly.
Ruby immediately fell unconscious. That's when Gideon and Percival pulled out their swords and began to fight as the other members of the Tourney team tried to descend upon Ruby, coming to Audrey's aid.
At that moment, Merlin, Elsa, and the others arrived.
"Do you see?" Eva cried out. "You see what they're like?"
That's when Rose appeared. "Queen Eva, calm down! They mean no harm!"
   "No harm? Did you see--?"
"Merlin, Gideon, Elsa, and Ruby are here as my guests! Do you not remember the proclamation I made about giving them a second chance?"
"A second chance? To do what, Rose? Destroy us?" That's when Blue, Anastasia, Demetri, and several kings and queens decided to show up. "C'mon!" She said, turning to Fairy Godmother. "You remember, don't you? The poison apples, the mirrors, the potions, and curses! Because of his mother and his grandmother, I missed my daughter growing up! And his mother tried to kill her too many times to count!"
"Queen Eva, please--!" Merlin said, reaching out a comforting hand.
That's when Karayan jumped in the way. "Don't you dare touch my grandmother!"
   "Stop it, K!" Rose demanded.
"Why? They were raised by their parents? What do you think villains teach their kids? Kindness? Fair play? Nope! And he's just as bad as his mother! He stole you from me!" He shouted.
"I'm not a prize to be won!" Rose shouted back.
"Oh I not finished!" Karayan shouted. He turned his gaze to Gideon. "You enjoy hurting people! Ruby over there, is a gold-digging dog!" Then to Elsa. "And you're just a frozen hearted bitch!"
Elsa pulled out a small white mirror. "Regina's not the only one with a magic mirror. This one shows the truth. Mirror, who's the biggest jerk in the land?"
The mirror showed a picture of Karayan. "I am of course! I hate people just because I hate that my sister's gonna be queen instead of me being king! That's why I dated Rose! So I could become king! And I cheated on her with Audrey the whole time!"
Karayan grabbed the mirror and threw it on the ground. "That's a lie!"
He started to grab Elsa but Gideon beat him to it, grabbing him by the neck just as Elsa sprayed the knock-out perfume on him, making him fall unconscious.
Audrey raced over, trying to wake up Karayan. "K? Wake up!"
With that, Gideon picked Ruby up and tossed her over his shoulder. Merlin and Elsa weren't far behind them.
Rose shouted after them but they ignored her. She turned to her parents. Anastasia looked saddened but it was Demetri who spoke. "No one ever said this would be easy."
   With that, they swept away.
