The parade was well underway and Merlin waved to his friends, giving them a thumbs up. They responded in kind.
Meanwhile, back on the Isle of the Lost, Regina, Fiona, Ingrid, and Fenrir gathered around the magic mirror, watching the whole celebration.
Snow White was standing out front of the castle, dressed in a fancy white dress, waving excitedly as she announced, "Welcome to the coronation of Princess Rosalia, daughter of Queen Anastasia and King Demetri! I'm your host, the fairest in the land, Snow White, bringing you up close and personal with the coronation."
"Oh look at me! I'm Snow White! I'm the fairest one of all!" Regina mocked. "Please! She's definitely had work done!"
"Oh! Who's this? It's the one and only Fairy Godmother! Look at that sparkly wand!"
"I want that wand!" Regina and Fiona both yelled at once.
"Really? I hadn't heard!" Ingrid said, sarcastically. The whole time the kids had been gone, all she'd heard from those two was about that godforsaken wand!!
"Here comes Princess Rosalia now!" Snow shouted excitedly from the screen. "With her new boyfriend, Merlin Emrys from the Isle of the Lost! Aww, now isn't that sweet!"
"YESSSS!!!" Regina said, standing up and cheering. "My son is a genius! Yes, my boy! Now...Get. Me. That. Wand!"

Meanwhile, the parade had made its way to the palace. A long carpet stretched from the entrance to where their carriage stopped.
The carriage driver helped Rose out first then Merlin followed. When they both made their way out of the carriage. Merlin held out his arm for Rose who accepted it with a smile.
They walked into the castle where a party was already waiting. Everyone from school, plus their parents and other family members too, were all sitting in their seats, waiting for the ceremony to begin.
The pair walked in, Merlin sending a wink to where Gideon, Elsa, and Ruby were standing on the balcony. They both walked up the stairs where the King and Queen were standing.
"I'm sorry about yesterday." Merlin said, quietly.
Demetri nodded. "I told Rose this wasn't gonna be easy."
"You also told me a queen has to believe in herself and do what she thinks is right." Rose reminded.
"I did?" Demetri asked, raising an eyebrow. Anastasia elbowed him. "Oh yea! I did." He turned to Merlin. "And I'm afraid I misjudged you, Merlin."
"It's fine." Merlin said. "Shall we?"
The King and Queen nodded. The both of them, as well as Merlin, headed over to their seats in the front row. At that moment, Blue came out from behind a curtain, wand in hand, stopping before Rose.
"Princess Rosalia Marie Romanov, daughter of King Demetri and Queen Anastasia, please kneel." Rose did so. "Do you solemnly swear to govern this kingdom with fairness, kindness, and justice for as long as you can reign?"
   "I will." Rose promised.
Blue held up the queen's crown and set it on Rose's head. Then she held out her wand, tapping Rose on first her right then her left shoulder.
"Then, it is my great honor to proclaim you--"
Just then, she was cut off as someone grabbed the wand. On the Isle, the villains cheered as they prepared themselves to invade Storybrooke.
However, it wasn't Merlin who had grabbed the wand.
   It was Lacey.
