Wow. I started writing Timeline in August, 2018, and I think I'd been circling around the idea for about three years prior. I can't believe I'm finally done the first book. It's been a crazy ride, and I would never have made it through without the help of some really amazing people.
First off, a huge thank-you to _creamtea_ for letting me ramble about this story as long as I needed to, for her endless support and advice and enthusiasm for this story, and most of all, for being my friend. You mean the world to me. <3 As well, thank you so much to Artistic-Taylor for being the best friend a dragon could ask for. You're awesome and kind and smart and funny and you mean the world to me. I love you both to the moon and back, thank you so much for everything.
Thanks so much to Tui T Sutherland—for writing the Wings of Fire books in the first place, which have meant so much to me over the past couple years and gotten me through some really hard times. I hope this story has done your characters justice.
Oh yeah, huge shoutout to my therapist and my meds. I'm kinda a functional person now thanks to them and no way could have written this story without that help! So... yay!
Also, my English teacher doesn't even know this story exists but she's awesome and and has helped me out a ton in terms of writing in general and deserves all the fluffy sweaters and good books and cups of tea out there.
And most of all, thanks you—for taking time out of your day to read this story, for caring enough to take time out of your day to find out the next update in Darkstalker and Clearsight's lives. It means the world to me.
Lots of love,
dragonwritesthings
