Kakashi x OC

Chapter 2

                                                                            Kakashi's POV

      The next morning I woke late and met with my Squad for their first test, something I knew at least me and Yua did to our Squads every year. It was to test their team work and this year I knew this team had a lot of building to do. After the exercise was finished finally it was late afternoon and I sent the kids home and walked through town. 

     "Kakashi! Hey!" I heard someone calling. I turned to look at Yua as she jogged up to me and she smiled. 

     "Icha Icha Paradise hm?" She asked, pointing at the book in my hand. I smiled a bit and put it away. 

     "Yes, you read it too?" I asked her and she nodded.  

     "Anyway, the reason I wanted your attention was, I wanted to know if you wanted a drink or something. My treat since you went out of your way last night to bring my wallet back to me." She said and I made it a show to ponder it for a moment. 

    "Hm, I suppose letting a pretty lady like you buy me a drink wouldn't be a bad idea." I said and she scoffed, smiling as she playfully shoved me. 

     She led me to the bar and I raised my brow at her.

    "I need a drink after today and I can tell you do too." She said and I chuckled. 

    "What tells you that?" I asked her.

     "The fact that you have Sakura, Sasuke, and Naruto on your team." She said and I shrugged.

    "Touche." I said and she chuckled and I held the door open for her. 

     "Hello Kakashi, I see you have a pretty girl with you this time." The bartender said and I chuckled. 

    "This is Yua, she's a colleague." I said and she nodded.

      We ordered our drinks and I smiled at her through the mask. 

    "So you said next time you'd invite me in, why don't we go back to your place after this?" I asked her and her cheeks reddened but her expression remained the same.  

     "I did say that didn't I? But how can I be sure you aren't just trying to get into my pants?" She asked.

    "Yua, we just met officially yesterday. I'm not like that." I said and laughed. 

    "Then sure, after this drink we can go back to my place and I'll make us some dinner." She said and I smiled. 

     After we drank we walked to her place where she let me in first and I looked around. It was a bigger home, meant maybe for a small family. She had it decorated pretty simply and a small bookshelf where there were some titles I recognized and others I didn't. 

     "You like to read?" I asked her.

    "Oh yes, I love reading. It's usually what I do when I'm home alone, which is pretty often." She said. 

     "I'm going to change real fast and then I'll start dinner." She said and walked into what I assume was her room. I looked around some more and found the bathroom and some other books scattered around in random places. Some had bookmarks, others didn't. I opened her copy of Icha Icha Paradise and flipped through the pages, seeing she had things highlighted and some notes in margins. I chuckled at a few of them and then put it back. She walked out in a tank top and some shorts. 

    "Sorry, I like being comfortable in my own house." She said and shrugged. 

     "Also, no masks in my house. It makes you look like a burglar. There is a coat hanger where you can hang that and your vest. No shoes either." She said and I nodded, raising my brow at her bossy tone. She stood there, her hands on her hips as she looked at me, waiting for me to do as she asked. I sighed and did as told, walking back to the door and taking my mask and vest off, hanging them on the same place where she kept her coats and then slipped my shoes off, setting them neatly next to hers.
