"My day was amazing Amajiki!" Sakura spoke excitedly.
It was true that her day had gone amazing, she had truly had a good day today. She now knew as to why UA was so praised. She did not think that she would have such a good time at the school, and she did not even process the fact that she was working at the school now.
"T-that's great..," Tamaki replied shyly.
He was still incredibly shy around the girl, and he was going to give only short responses. He did not want to, but he could not bring himself to say more.
The two were silent again and Tamaki was getting frustrated. He wanted to talk to her and he then chose to take a very deep breath in. He then began to mumble,
"I-i also had a good day," Tamaki had mumbled to Sakura.
After what he had said, Sakura had snapped her head to where Tamaki was walking right next to her. Her jaw had dropped in shock, she did not think that Tamaki would even want to initiate a conversation with the girl.
"Y-you actually talked for once," Sakura said.
That had immediately made Tamaki feel bad and he put his hand against his chest as though the words had actually hurt Tamaki. Tamaki thought that she was insulting him, and he immediately had felt incredibly insecure.
When Sakura had seen the way that Tamaki had reacted to her words, she had needed to console him. Sakura wanted to reach over and comfort him, but she somewhat knew how he would react. Therefore, she had said,
"N-no, I did not mean to offend you," Sakura spoke.
Her body was shaking out of nervousness. It looked as though she was shivering for absolutely no reason. There was a feeling of feeling blue around the girl.
"I want to go home," Tamaki mumbled.
Though, Sakura did not hear what he had said. For that, he was relieved. Tamaki did not want the girl to feel bad about what he had just said. Tamaki did not want any harm to come to the girl, and he was overly protective of her.
In Tamaki's mind, he would hurt as much as possible, but he would not allow Sakura to be harmed by anyone and anything. This feeling of protectiveness was only reserved for Sakura and Tamaki had felt completely okay with that.
"Well Tamaki, I'm sorry," Sakura said.
Tamaki's head had snapped to where she was. He had then begun to shake his head, he did not want Sakura to apologize for his foolishness and insecurities.
"N-no, it is not your fault at all," Tamaki said.
The beginning was a mumble, but it had moved towards him speaking normally. After what Tamaki had said, Sakura had smiled at him with a light that was so Sakura in Tamaki's eyes.
Then, the two had continued to walk to their homes together. These discussions were rare, the two did not always walk together, but when they did it had always gone like this.
