It was lunchtime, and Sakura was still lost in thought about what recovery girl had told her. For some reason, Sakura was unable to forget what she had felt when she spoke to Recovery Girl.
Tamaki had wanted to build up enough courage to ask Sakura if she would like to have lunch with him. This was something that was completely normal for Tamaki, and she was the one who is pushing him to be out of his comfort zone.
Though, in some parts of his mind, he would do anything for her. Even if it meant that he would feel uncomfortable for some time. As Tamaki had approached her, though, he realized that Sakura was incredibly deep in thought, and he did not know how to help her.
He knew that it was not his job to take care of her constantly, but since he had a massive crush on her, he cannot help himself. Tamaki had thus walked up to Sakura and asked,
"A-are you okay?" Tamaki had asked.
He cursed his stutter, he had disliked the fact that he sounded so nervous around her. This has caused his insecurities to rise even more in his mind, even though they were always present.
His insecurities stated that she would not want to talk to him, but he had asked a ridiculous and incredibly obvious question and she would completely ignore him. His mind was once again going to the worst-case scenario.
"I'm okay Amajiki," Sakura had replied.
Sakura was deep in the dark thoughts that her mind had conjured up, her insecurities that were present, even though she was always a positive person. This time she kept thinking to her self that she was gonna be bothering Tamaki if she told him about her problems the same way about talking to her, but at this specific moment, the response that Sakura had given Tamaki had thus caused his curiosity to peek.
"D-do you w-want to have lunch with me?" Tamaki asked shyly.
He had finally decided to ask her what he had come to ask her.
This was the first time that Tamaki has been so upfront about what he wanted with Sakura. Usually, he would have to beat around the bush, or he would keep his mouth shut.
Sakura had kept thinking about what happens with recovery girl, and because of Tamaki's question, Sakura had a small smile on her face, and she said,
"I would love to Amajiki," Sakura had replied.
After Sakura had replied, Tamaki had a small smile on his face after her acceptance of his offer.
