Uncle Cesar brought me back to Papa before he had to go back to school. I even got my first twenty dollar bill from uncle Cesar if I didn't say a word about what they were talking about in Ruby's bedroom. I sat under the tree reading my book named 'Fashion Legends Alphabet' and it's honestly quite boring being here with papa lately. (Picture above)
"Daddy can I got watch tv now?"I asked looking up from the book seeing Papa was talking with his friends. He walked up to me slowly with his beer in his hand and kneel down to me.
"Alright... if you promise not to burn the house down"He says having me smile widely.
I run inside the house to put the book back on my shelf before running to the couch and grab the remote to see what was on tv. It was the first time he didn't tell me what to put on the tv and I wasn't going to ask him to remind him. I flip through channels until Jennifer Lopez caught my eyes. "Selena" was on tv having me turn it up a bit.

"I got shit to handle man! Its for Melaní and your protection! So take her with you! Bring her back in one piece!"I yelled to Cesar as we've been arguing for a while.
"Fine whatever!"Cesar yelled back making his way into Melaní room where I had put her when she was sleeping on the couch. I make my way into my room to grab a black button up shirt and put it on hearing Cesar speak up.
"She likes me better anyway!"Cesar yelled before leaving with Melaní.
