The house of Devin Weston. Ravienne was standing at the back. He was currently having a party. Which had a couple of people there. Standing and drinking, relaxing by his pool. Devin told Ravienne to act like a party guest. Which wasn't really her thing. She dressed up in a white sleeveless shirt and a black skirt with flip flops. The most partying kind of clothing she could think of.
She stood by the balcony, watching the animals run by from below. The moon beginning to show. Her thoughts were interrupted by Devin walking up beside her.
"Hey Darling, what's going on?" Ravienne rolled her eyes.
"Whole lotta things that you probably don't care about."
"Probably. Why aren't you having fun out there? Everyone is partying. Having fun out there."
"I'm not the partying type. I like to hang out with a few friends. But parties aren't my thing."
"Lame kind of person. Got it."
"Sure."
Ravienne looked over at Devin. He didn't wear a shirt. Only swim pants and sandals. She looked back at the moon.
"How about a drink?"
"Sure."
Devin got a person to get some drinks for them. He came back with two glasses with champagne. Handing them over to Devin and Ravienne.
"Cheers Darling." Ravienne and Devin clinked their glasses and drank. After Ravienne took a sip of hers. She got a bitter after taste. Thinking nothing of it. She still drank it.
"Do you like Molly?" Devin asked out of nowhere. Ravienne looked at him and furrowed her eyebrows.
"Yeah, she's my friend."
"Not like...romantically, right?"
"No no, I mean, I like girls too but I don't see Molly that way."
"The way you two are sometimes. It makes me think you guys are Romantically involved."
"It's just us being friends."
"Okay."
"Why do you ask? If we were, would it bother you?"
"Kind of?"
"Why?"
"Cause a girl like you Ravienne, is someone I must have."
"That's a shame. I'm taken and I'm the only one of me so you're out of luck."
"Right." Devin took another sip of his drink. Ravienne sipped hers again. That bitter aftertaste lingered in her mouth. She looked at it. It didn't have as much fizziness as Devins. Or any other drink. Ravienne started realizing what was happening.
"I-I have to go now. My shift had ended."
"Come on Ravienne. Stay for a while. Have some fun." Devin said, he started grinning at her.
"I must go. I have a shift tomorrow. Remember? With getting Molly's plane ready?"
"It's only 10:00. It doesn't start until 3:00."
"Yeah, really late. I'll see you tomorrow." Ravienne turned to leave but Devin grabbed her arm.
"You're not going anywhere, Darling." Ravienne twisted her wrist around. Making Devin let go and Ravienne holding his wrist now.
"I'm going. Bye Devin. Maybe next time, the drug you put in my drink will work."
"Drug? There's no drug in there."
"Then have the rest of mine. Darling." Ravienne handed him the drink. Devin frowned and took the glass.
"Go on." Ravienne started grinning. Her face almost looking psychotic.
"You can go." Devin places the glass down. Ravienne nodded and left. She started feeling dizzy but she had to stay awake to leave the place. She got to a cab and they drove off. Ravienne holding her head. Almost passing out. The cab driver asked if she was okay. Ravienne nodded at him. Telling him that she was just tired.
Ravienne made it home safely. Walking in to find no one there. Empty. She sighed, missing Steve being here always. She tried to call him but he didn't answer.

The next day, Ravienne stood at Devins hangar. Making sure the plane Molly was going on was prepared for her. She stood by a hallway, listening to music. The jet engine was about to start. A worker told her that standing near it wouldn't be a good idea. Ravienne leaned against the wall. Her music turned up loudly.
Out of nowhere, Molly ran by her. Ravienne took off her earphones and watched Molly.
"Help me! He's a psychopath!"
"Molly!" Another voice yelled. Ravienne turned back to see Michael. Running after Molly. Ravienne turned back to Molly. The same worker tried to stop her from going any further. But Molly didn't hear. She continued to run.
"Molly! No!" Ravienne yelled. Molly ran in front of the plane engine. The engine started, pulling Molly back. Tearing her to pieces. Blood and flesh spitting out from the other side. Ravienne screamed as Michael groaned. He picked up the film she dropped and grabbed Ravienne. Pulling her away from the scene and into his car. Ravienne started hyperventilating. Her eyes stayed wide open and her mouth was wide open.
"Breathe R! Breathe! It's okay!" Michael tried to reassure. Ravienne didn't hear him. He drove them away from the cops. They hid in an alleyway from the cops. Waiting until the coast was clear.
"Holy shit. Are you okay R?" Michael asked. Ravienne didn't respond. Her mind kept replaying the scene over and over again. Seeing Molly get torn to pieces. She started sobbing.
"R. Look, I'm sorry!"
"Just stop Michael! I just-" Ravienne slammed her fist on the dashboard. Squinting her eyes and breathing heavily.
"She was my best fucking friend Michael! My best friend!" Ravienne yelled.
"Hey, she panicked and ran in there. I tried to stop her!"
"I just." Ravienne shuddered, "need some time alone." She got out of the car.
"Ravienne cmon! I'll drive you home."
"You've done enough Michael!" Ravienne stormed off. Her tears coming out nonstop. Her face getting sore from crying so much.
