Chapter 18

Sasuke’s  p.o.v

After the meal that he had this morning he felt quite energized. He perform some simple medical ninjutsu that he knows to quicken his recovery. At that second he suddenly felt a very familiar chakra signature nearby.

“Was that who I think he’s ? Please, just please let this be right.”, Sasuke said mourned fully. Moving as fast as he could to reach the place that chakra signature appeared to be taking everything he has before moving out of the house not without leaving a note about him leaving and thanks for the help he got from his saviors.

Moving as fast as his still recovering body can only to find out that he has been late. Sasuke fall to the ground because of exhaustion and pain. Frustration filling his mind before noticing the faint trail of that chakra signature. He move again despite his body protest.

“ Naruto, wait for me I’m coming for you. This time I won’t leave you alone. Not anymore.”, Hope filling his mind at the thought of being with his precious brother ( well self proclaimed that’s it) again.

Two hours after all the struggle, stumbling mess he was having while conjuring his wounds he finally stop at the front gate of where he felt Naruto’s chakra signature stopped. Sasuke strutting towards the gate to reach after his precious person only to stop by the gate keeper.

“ Stop there, who are you and stat your business.”, one of the gate keeper asked.

“ I have no time for this let me pass through and meet my brother. ”, Sasuke spiteful muttered to the gate keeper with his sharingan blazing in his eyes.

Good thing that his hair were covering his Rinnegan because of his bloody mess state.
But right as he started to move one step towards the gate his body finally succumbed to the pain and fainted in front of them. That’s when the gate keeper finally see the state of the young man covering in blood.

No ones p.o.v

“ Tetsu you wait here while I go sent this guy to the Medic center and inform the Uzukage about this”, said the gate keeper to his companion.
“Alright, Jirou you go handle that, I’ll cover the gate “, said Tetsu.
Jirou shunshined to the Medic center carrying the unconscious revenett to the available Medic nin, informing the situation before moving out to Uzukage compound.

“Uzukage-sama there’s a situation. ”, Jirou said after he allowed entrance.
At that exact time Jirou arrived and inform them Naruto burst through the gate running towards the familiar chakra signature and stopped exactly in front of the Medic center receptionist.

The entire time he was running his mind was in a mumbles jumbled mess hopping what ever his intuition keep on telling him is true. ‘ God, let hope this is not a dream ‘ has been repeatedly said in his mind non stop. ‘ let this be true, please let this be true, let me at least have one of my friend survived and alive. ’ Right when he stopped in front of the Medic center Naruto could clearly defined that familiar chakra signature as ones of his rival and friend. The familiar hot but at the same time warm firewood like chakra signature of one Sasuke Uchiha.

“Gosh, o…one of them is here. One of my friend survived and here.”, Naruto cried in happiness and worried. Happy at the fact that he’s not alone anymore at the same time worried of his condition.
“Sasuke… “

While the rest of his companion were shocked at how he was suddenly bolting up to the gate and running like there's no tomorrow. They immediately follow after him at the same time amazed at the speed the boy had. Only to be shocked yet again at the word that came out of his mouth.
