Once again I needed help on my homework and the ghost offered to help me. The amount of times I have almost called him his real name was a lot. I loved it so much. I didn't wanna ask if I could call him by his real name because he might be mad so I kept quiet.
I walked onto the roof top to see him there waiting for me. "Hi Y/N!" I waved and put my bag on the ground"how was your day?" I shrug"long and boring." I sighed out"tomorrow I have to go meet Leon's parents." I groaned slightly"that's sucks." I nod"yea,it sucks even more cuz they don't know about how abusive he is."
I pulled out my binder once more,today though it was math. "Y/N,I keep meaning to ask you but you know when we were in number 5's boundary?" I nod"yea?" He sighs"what you said...you weren't lying were you?" I looked down and pulled down my dress a little"n-no."
"What happened? Why did you?"
"Cuz I was being bullied and I had just lost my best friend." I said"oh...w-what happen?" I sighed"my best friend had died in a car crash and then he usually put the bullies in their places but...he wasn't there and it got bad. And I resulted to...ya know..."
The wind started to blow a little"I know how that feels." He says softly as I nod. I didn't dare ask him anything about his experience,I got enough in that flashback. "You're clean though...right?" I nod"yea. In 8th grade I stopped. I found a better friend,someone to make forget about them...or at least the pain."
I smiled brightly at the boy"I'm ok. Really. No need to worry." A large gust of wind quickly appeared and that's when I saw Hanako jump in front of me and pull out his knife.
I saw a black crane floating in the air. "A black crane?" I asked and that's when the wind got worse,like bullets almost. Hanako wrapped himself around me protectively. "I don't know what type of super natural you are,but we are having an important conversation!"
Hanako runs at the crane and damages it with his knife. "So stop interrupting! Got it?!" The paper fell to the roof tops floor and Hanako rushed over to me. "What type of supernatural has a cr-"that's when laughter was heard.
Hanako put his hand in front of me protectively. "I found you~!" That's when I saw a black colored wisp much like Hanako's.
"Wow! That knife brings me back!" I then saw a uniform top much like Hanako's"you'll protect her...but kill me?" I expected Hanako to say something but he remained quiet"long time no see! You do remember right,Amane?"
This time his whole body was present,everything but his face. He let out a laugh"surprised? I have a good assistant to. She helped me make it here." He reached out a hand to Hanako"so Amane...are you-"he placed a hand on his cheek"happy to see me?" He concludes.
I shoved Hanako aside and opened my water bottle. The other boy seemed to melt almost"wow! You're pretty good~." He purrs disappearing. "See you both later!" He laughs turning into a black mist.
My breathing was a little heavy"wh-Who was that?" I stutter out"wait,Am-Hanako! What did he mean by the knife p-"I was shoved to the ground and felt my cheeks flush a little.
"A-Amane?" I stutter"a-are y-you o-ok?" I kept stuttering...why was I so nervous? I saw the boy snap out of it as he climbed off me and brought a hand to his face"oh no..."I sat up and crawled over to the boy but every time I did he pushed himself away.
"I'm sorry...I'm so sorry..." he stood up"I have to go." And with that the boy left me alone.
"Amane?" I called out"A-Amane Y-Yugi?!" I finally stood up"HANAKO?!"
