Meeting The Parents

YOUR POV:

Hanako wasn't in his boundary today.I went 3 different times and tried to even summon him again but nothing. I guess what happened yesterday really shook him up.

"Hey,you're coming to my house at 6pm." I nod"y-yea." Leon smiles at me"they've been excited to meet you. Dress nicely." I nod"I will. And remember,keep your mouth shut." I nod"I know." He then walks out of the school doors.

I slip on my shoes and see Yashiro closing her locker. "Hey Y/N. What are you doing after school?" I hum"oh,I have to go out and meet Leon's parents." Her eyes widen"are you sure that's such a good idea?!" I shrug"I'm already committed. A-Anyways...a-ah! Have you talked to Hanako recently?" She shakes her head"I actually haven't seen him since you woke up."

I nod and sling my bag over my shoulder"why? What happen?" I sigh"someone visited us yesterday after school. A new super natural." This seemed to grab her attention"super natural? A school mystery?" I shrug"don't know. Doubt it though. Hanako acted like he didn't know this one,but finally the supernatural said something and...and it really spooked him." She nods"he got quiet and...I think he had a small panic attack..."I now felt bad"I couldn't be there for him."

I felt Yashiro grab my shoulders and force me to look at her. "Y/N. Be honest with me." I blink"do you like Hanako-san?" I blush and look away"y-yea..."she lets me go"no wonder you've been acting kinda weird. That's...that's actually kinda cute." She smiles"I ship itttttt!" I roll my eyes"of course you do." I said walking off"wah! Hey! What's that supposed to mean?!"

Time skip

I stared at myself in the mirror once more before I left the house. I wore a simple black dress that reached mid thigh. I wore white stockings under neath along with black converses. If this man really thought I was wearing heels...my hair was straight instead of its usual *insert whatever your hair usually is*.

"Ok! Mom! I'm leaving!" I scream grabbing my umbrella by the door. I hear her behind me yell back as I shut the door. I open the umbrella and head down the street.

I was kind of nervous but thankfully this was probably the first and last time I'd meet them.

I finally arrived at the toxic home. I knocked on the door to see it open to Leon. He actually wore a smile,that was rare. A genuine one I mean. "Y/N,you look lovely. I almost want to f*ck you~." I blush a little and sigh"can we move on?" He glares at me but then brings me in.

"Mom! Dad! My girlfriend is here!" He brings me to the kitchen where I see his parents. "Oh! You must be Y/N!" His mom smiles as she hugs me"I'm a hugger. That time in America really made me be more interactive to others." I shake my head"no it's ok. It's refreshing."

His dad then speaks up"I'm glad that someone has taken care of our son." I nod and force a smile on my face"I love your son dearly." His mom then tells us to wait in the dining room because dinner is almost done.

The dining room was small and housed a small table. The silver wear already was in place. "Your parents seem lovely." He nods"yea,whatever."

Finally dinner is set in place.

I take a bite and my eyes widen in shock. "This is amazing!" His mom giggled a little"thank you. I'm so glad you like it." She takes a sip of her drink"so,Y/N tell us a little bit about yourself." His dad suggests"oh! And how you both met!" His mom yells.

"Well,I live with my mom and uh...actually my life is pretty boring." Hahah only if they knew! "Oh it can't be." His mom states as I shake my head"no,it really is. I don't have many friends at school. I'm not popular like Leon either."

"So how did you both meet?" His mom asks again"well,in 8th grade I had a crush on him. And finally he asked me out during the summer and we'll we started d-dating." It was now all coming back,the terrible memories that I wished never existed.

"Honey?" I glance up to see Leon looking worried. But really I know that look is telling me to stop. "I-I'm fine." I said"a-anyways,he invited me over for the first time and uh...it was fun." Leon seemed satisfied with that answer.

"Oh that's good. It was love at first sight?" His dad inquires"y-yea..."

It was true that for me it was love at first sight. I used to tell myself that I deserved all those beatings and words we gave me. I said that no matter what he did I still loved him...what a sick lie that was.
