Chapter 3 ~ Wow

~Emma~
I took it from her hand, I looked over at Hayes. A smile kinda grew on his face, is he happy?
"Um, I'll be back" I said and walked out with the test in my pocket, and walked to the bathroom, here goes nothing.
~Hayes~
Emma? Pregnant? Me? Her? Family? It's what I always wanted with her. Of course I'm gonna be happy, but she looked scared.
"So, if she is pregnant. Who's the dad?" The doctor asked.
"It'd be me" I said
"Your sure?" She asked, why wouldn't I be?
"Yeah, um. Last night was her, first" I said looking at the ground
She smiled "Ohhhhh"
I just scoffed a laugh
I felt my phone vibrate in my pocket, Nash
Bro ~ Is everything okay? Do we need to come over? Where are you?
I just ignored him
I was putting my phone away when the door opened. I looked up to see Emma, she gave the test to the doctor, and she smiled.
"Y-your pregnant" the doctor said.
~Emma~
"Your pregnant" the doctor said with a smile on her face
I quickly looked over at Hayes and he had the biggest smile on his face. He stood up and hugged me, basically tackled me. I held on tight and started to cry.
"We're having a family" he said in my hair
I nodded with the tears still streaming down my face. I can't believe this is happening. Me, a parent. I did babysitting as a summer job, but I never thought this would come so quickly.
We let go and the doctor said we can go. Hayes took my hand and we walked out. I was slide not the whole way home, I'm speechless.
We reached his house and he got out, and ran to my side so he can open the door for me. I flashed him a smile and we walked up to the door. We walked in and he shut the door behind us.
"I can't believe this is happening" I said with a smile. I turned to face him
"This is really happening" I said, he nodded
"And, it's happening with you" I said, he walked up to me and kissed me.
"I love you" I said breaking the kiss
"I love you too" he smiled
"No, I mean it Hayes. I can't get you out of my mind. Your so sweet, special, hot" I laughed a little. "But it's like, you don't even understand-"
I was cut off
"Emma, I don't know why a girl like you, would like a guy like me. I've hurt you, so many times. But you didn't give up on me like other girls. But your different then them. You have that look in your eyes, that show innocence. It drives me crazy" he laughs at the last part. "But now, your pregnant with my baby. A Grier. And I don't exactly know what that means for us, but whatever comes our way. We can get threw it. Together" he said smiling at me. That made me want to cry.
"Awe, Hayes" I said hugging him. Then a thought crossed my mind.
"What about my dad, my parents" I said
"They were fine with Katie and Matt, why not us?" He asked.
"That's because my dad likes Matt, Hayes he hates you" I said
"Oh, right" he laughs
"You know, we can change that. I'm pretty sure your more mature" I said with my eye brows raised.
He looks at my like I'm crazy.
"You really think, that Hayes Grier, is mature?" He asked
I laughed
"Oh I know, silly Emma trying to save her relationship between her father and her boyfriend" I said with a smile and let it drop to a Duh face. He stopped smiling.
"Sorry" he said.
I shrugged my shoulders, "Doesn't matter, I mean obviously it doesn't to you" I said crossing my arms over my chest.
"Why would you say that?" He asked
"It sure seems like it"
"Emma, why are you so worried? Your 19, he can't do anything about this. Not this time" he said holding my hands. "Okay?"
I smiled
"Okay"
