Elsa's POV
She.... she feels the same. Or she says she does... Did she just say that to make me feel better? Is she really covering up her true feelings to protect mine? I disgust her... I disgust me. Why do I feel this... "Elsa?" Her sweet voice broke through the loud chatter in my head. "Yes?" I spoke quietly with a bit of awkwardness. "Let's go back home and talk about this?" I just nodded in agreement as we started our walk back to the castle. She walked with her fingers intertwined with mine, and every now and then, I could feel her eyes on the side of my face. So many thoughts raced through my mind, but what was most prominent was that I had the potential of ruining my sister's life for my own gain. I began to feel dizzy. My knees felt weak, and I knew my face had to be visibly a lighter shade than usual. "Anna..." I whispered as I felt my legs give way. "ELSA!!!" She shouted as she tried to keep me upright, but my anxiety took over and just like that, I was out.
Anna's POV
She has to be okay. I just got her back. She has to be okay. I walked up the stairs to Elsa's quarters where I had left her only a few moments ago. When I walked in, I noticed she was still unconscious. I walked over to her side and placed my hand inside of hers, and I leaned over to kiss her cheek. "Elsa, I love you." I whispered hoping she could feel the unmeasurable amounts of love I had to offer. I wasn't going to move from this spot until I knew she was okay. "Anna," Kristoff's voice pierced through the air as though someone had shot me with a bow and arrow, "Do you need anything?" Elsa's grip Tightened on my hand. "No, I don't think so."
I responded with some composure. He left without further question. "I can't take that away from you," I was startled by the low voice that now filled the air. Elsa's voice was broken and almost a whisper. "Elsa, I know what we just shared with each other isn't going to be the most convenient, I mean, you passed out for goodness sake, but I meant every word. I've wanted you to know for so long and only gathered enough courage when I was sure of your feelings." Her left eye fluttered open. "Anna..." her voice trailed off with disappointment. "Elsa, you aren't taking anything away from me. Okay?" I put my right hand on her cheek. "If nothing else, you'd be giving me everything I've ever dreamed of..." I saw the side of her mouth curve a little into what seemed like a smile. This made me feel a little better, I will admit. "I love you." I said with confidence knowing that she knew every way that I meant it. "I love you too." She said pulling on my hand, "come here." I crawled into bed next to her and waited with arms around her waist until she drifted back to sleep. I think she was rather exhausted from the conversations we'd had and shockingly, so was I. I let myself drift off with the thought of being in the one place my heart had always desired. This is true happiness. Nothing else matters to me now.
