Dear Kim Seokjin,
For the past week, we have been texting and talking to each other during or in between classes.
But I have also noticed something else.
All my members have been a bit down lately.
The only reason I know is Lisa's.
Remember when she and Jungkook used to date?
He would bring cupcakes into the dorm for all of us, care for us unconditionally, and he would listen. When he found out his father was my cardiologist, he convinced his father to give me a discount. He was also so supportive of my condition. He was like the little brother I never had.
I loved it especially when he called me noona. I'm the youngest in my family, so it made me feel a sense of pride when he said that.
But when Lisa dumped him, I thought it was a joke. He was too good of a man.
But it was legit. And the worst part was that she left him for another man.
In the weeks after that, Lisa was devastated. But Jungkook was worse. Sooner or later, I explained to him that if he showed her he was hurting, she would be satisfied. So for his Jisoo-noona, Jennie-noona, and Chaeyoungie-noona, he grabbed his life back.
And the best part is, you practically raised that boy. You made him the boy — no, man he is now. To me, that is incredible.
Today was different though.
I was at lunch when you approached me and said the words I never thought would leave your lips.
"Jisoo-ah, want to go on a date with me?"
I was in shock. "R-romantically or f-friendly?"
Honestly, I was hoping for the first one.
"Romantically, of course."
I said yes happily, and I never saw you happier.
Love,
