Xavi's pov

Last night, both our emotions were all over the place: I was angry that I failed to notice the danger that's lurking towards Dali and at her for not telling me anytime sooner. Dali was pretty silent the most of the night just accepting my embrace and holding on to me and that was the only thing what was making me stop from breaking everything in the room.

However, both Dali and I didn't want this, to stop us from going forward. Today both of us are going for apartment hunting. Finally we are free and we scored well on our project, I basically knows Dali since she was a baby so it was obvious for us to get good grades.

"Hey angel", I said when I picked her up from her place.

"Hey Mi Vida", she greeted back with peck to lips and blushed.

I chuckled at her cute reaction and then drove off to apartment hunting.

After looking at hundreds of apartments we finally came to the last stop that we wanted to check another apartment. Dali and I decided; more like I decided to buy an apartment rather than renting a room somewhere, so that way both of us have privacy and a place to ourselves that we can call home before taking any steps further in to the future.

"I'm so excited for this although we have checked hundreds of apartments earlier, I just like the environment already Xavi", Dali said when we entered the area.

" True babygirl, I like the whole vibe I get from this area. Who knows maybe we can find our apartment here.", I kissed her forehead and helped her to get down from the vehicle.

"Xavi are you sure that you want to buy an apartment, it's quite expensive baby and please let me pay too", she said giving me her best puppy eyes.

" Absolutely not angel, I want privacy for the both of us and also space where we both can run around freely and I want to give you the best things. plus I didn't want you to pay for the apartment because i don't want you to not because of any other reason", I told her and pecked her lips few times to which she blushed and mumbled to stop.

I chuckled and held her hand and walked towards the building to check out the apartment .

As soon as we entered I liked the cozy and warm feeling I got looking at the apartment. The whole interior was white, a light grey ang black. Perfect colors for a homey feeling but nothing makes me feel home like the angel who's currently looking at the apartment mesmerized by its interior.

"So, how'd you like angel". I asked bringing her out of her trance, she's so cute and she doesn't even know.

"Huh... oh yea..", she replied coming back to her senses.

I chuckled, " so what do you think".

she squealed and hugged me to which I quickly hugged her back tightly, " I love it Xavi!! It's so beautiful. almost looks like that this was made by you".

Shit! How the hell on earth can she tell that it almost feels like I made it. Well what she doesn't know is that I built this whole thing and which means it basically belongs to us. I put the apartment under both our names.

I cleared my throat and made her look at me, she looked questionably at me.

"Angel about that, Uh.. I may or may not have built this place few moths ago before asking you to move in", I said sheepishly while rubbing my neck nervously waiting for her reaction.

"Xavi, what do you mean by may or may not have, are you telling me that you own this place", she asked.

"Yea, angel I did this even before asking you and when I was done with the apartment only I asked you if you wanted us to live together. Are you mad babygirl?", I worriedly looked down at her.

"I'm not mad at you Xavi, I'm just so surprised I don't know what to say, I love you so much baby for always protecting me, loving me, taking care of me. You truly is my life line", She said and kissed my chin, because that's only where she can reach on her tippy toes.

" I love you more angel and you know that you always come first and I would do anything for you", I bend down and kissed her properly.

" So I guess you like this apartment", I asked her once we sat on the couch.

" I love this place Xavi, I'm so excited to move in after our graduation", she sighed dreamingly and straddled my lap. My hands naturally went to her hips and held her.

"What is it babygirl? I know you want to ask me something", I gave her hips a light squeeze.

"Xavi, have you thought about what you are gonna do after graduation?", she asked while drawing random patterns on my chest.

"I'm not sure yet babygirl, because I will have to take over the empire since dad wants retire as soon as possible and spend time with mom. Plus I'll be at the right age when I become the new CEO", I kissed her forehead.

"Hmm.. so if you are the new CEO that means, you will be busy and I can go hangout with the girls and most probably meet some guys too with them. You know to make new friends", she said.

I was beyond livid when she mentioned about making male friends especially now that I'll be a bit busy since I have to adjust to the whole CEO thing.

"Babygirl, you better be joking cause you know how I feel about others guys getting close to you", I growled trying to control my anger.

"why... I just want to make some new friends that's it", she whined and stood straight on my lap.

"Dali, you better be fucking joking cause I'm about flip", I leaned forward and snuggled her neck and bit it lightly to calm myself.

suddenly she burst out laughing hugging my head. I looked at her taking my head from her neck.

"What's funny?", I ask curiously.

"Oh God... Baby!! I was just joking you know I would never do that. The guys are my only male friends I don't need anymore. By the way I'll be starting my diploma in teaching too since I love babies", she explained and I just stared at her beauty.

"You sure do know how to rile me up, don't you", I started tickling her sides and soon she was under me on the couch laughing.

"Xavi.. stop please", she was continuously laughing now and it is music to my ears to hear her laugh.

"Say that you belong to me and only to me", I said leaning forward.

"I'm yours Xavier Knight. I belong to you only you just as much as you belong to me", she said circling her arms around my neck.

As soon as she said that I dipped my head down and kissed her, resting my elbow beside her neck handling my body weight. I slowly kissed her sweet lips and soon she started kissing me back. I traced her bottom lip with my tongue. When I dipped my tongue into her mouth she moaned and that made me go even further. soon she pulled out for air but I continued my way down slowly nibbling, sucking and kissing her jaw and down to where her neck and collarbone meets.

"Xavier", she breathlessly moaned and clutched my hair. Without making it more tempting since I know she's not ready for anything yet I went back to her lips pecked it several times.

"I love you Daliah", I told her and rested my head on her heart. This is a habit that I have always done since we were toddlers. It's just I need to listen to her heartbeat once a day and while I'm sleeping. It always calms me and not even few minutes late I felt myself slowly falling asleep.
