~Cheryl's POV~

Back to Gotham it is. Alfred decided it was time for us to come home and I was very sad to leave Switzerland. Bruce and I would spend the day skiing or sitting in our room drinking hot cocoa and watching movies. Now we are back at the mansion and I got changed from my winter attire.

I walked down stairs and Bruce and Alfred were reading the paper.  I walked to them and grabbed an apple and kissed Bruce.

"I'll be back in a bit." I smiled.

"Be safe, please." He said setting his paper down and looking into my eyes, Worry flooded his green orbs.

"I'll be fine. I'll see you later." I kissed him again but longer then before. His hand went to my face and I pulled away and smirked. I swayed my hips as I walked and could feel his stare burning into my flesh. I walked to the garage and found my bike in perfect shape. I grabbed my helmet and mounted my bike. I turned on the ignition and sped off towards the city.

I stopped at a coffee shop and grabbed donuts and coffee for my dad, Harvey, and myself. It's still kind of crazy to be calling Jim dad. I walked up the stairs to the GCPD. I looked around and saw a woman in a police uniform.

"Excuse me? Can you please tell me where Jim Gordon is?" I asked. She smiled at me.

"He's in his office, hun. Through those doors." She pointed to a pair of doors and I thanked her. I opened the door and saw my dad sitting at his desk.

"Cheryl, what a surprise." He stood from his desk and hugged me.

"Hey dad. Hey Harvey, I brought a surprise." I handed them the bags and a wide smile came across Harvey's face.

"Jim, this kid is awesome." Harvey took a bite of his sweet treat and I smiled.

"How was Switzerland?" My dad asked crossing his arms. I shrugged.

"It was nice, I'm happy to be back though-"

The door opened, "The interrogation room is ready, Jim."

"Thanks Pete, we will be right there. C'mon Cheryl." Dad said and left the room with Harvey and I at his heels.

"Uh what's going on?" I asked as we descended the stairs.

"We picked up a guy that witnessed a murder downtown. Now it's time to get some answers." Dad said and he opened the door. The man at the table laid motionless and blood came out of the back of his neck.

"Well good morning to you too." Harvey said examining the body. Dad shook his head and called to the guard outside.

"Get forensics and Nigma. He needs to take note on this." Dad said and the man nodded and left. A tall skinny man with a notepad and glasses came inside and smiled down at me.
