Sugamama drabble

It was at this moment Sugawara knew where his nickname came from.

L/n often called me "Sugamama" but I brushed it off as them remarking on my soft and loving nature—which they were—but there was a bit more to it.

It was a regular day of practice when Hinata asked if he could try hitting some sets that weren't Kageyama's. I agreed, and the first toss he hit perfectly. Then, he called out to me, and I froze.

"Can you set another one mom?"

The whole court fell silent with a loud roar of laughter promptly following it.

"Nice going Hinata!" Tanaka sputtered out in between laughs.

"Yeah that was a real pro gamer move." Noya added.

It was all over from then.

Don't get me started on Sawamura.

When l/n first met him, their reaction was "omg Dadchi" and I knew it was a prophecy.

Not long later during a scrimmage, Kageyama made a similar mistake. 

"Nice receive, Dad." The ball dropped and a similar situation occurred. He was lucky that it wasn't against another team or his career would've been over.

The four of us never lived this down.
