So first off, a little info on Izuku and his quirk in this. His quirk is called, Pact Leader. This allows him to use the quirks of other people who he is friends with to the best of their abilities. The problem is, it has to be a mutual friendship as in both see each other as a friend at the very least. Also, if a quirk has an exterior faction that helps it(like your body has to be a certain mass or you need to know knowledge of something for it to work better), he will be limited to what his body can do.
Because of this quirk, his parents disowned him and left him to live on the streets for two years before he got picked up. He will also be partly blind in one of his eyes with a scar down the center of it due to a cut he got on the streets and being unable to treat it correctly to let it get badly infected.

Rumi Usagyiyama(Miruko)
Miruko was doing a patrol with Ryukyu upon her request one day when they found Izuku crying in some garbage. Since she found him, he was placed under her care by some hero laws. Being 18 at the time, a person that just became a pro hero, and having no knowledge of what to a parent should be, she was reluctant to take on the role. But with some help from Ryukyu, she accepted it. Her relationship with Izuku is rather...strange to the outside. They normally fight each other when they first see each other and have it end in her holding him in a choke hold until he gives, or Izuku sitting on top of her(not sexually) with her laughing. Izuku's the more responsible one, but she helps where she can.
