hey I changed the anime timeline a bit~
also just to be clear the UA in like a college/uni, not highschool.

"finally, you're Back" Shigaraki that sat by the bar told the group that exited the portal emotionlessly.

"and we got a cutie with us~" Toga smiled creepily and you cringed. This girl had way too many loose screws.

The 'cutie' was subdued again by Mr. Compress because he resisted and tried to hurt everyone in the one short minute that passed from entering the portal up until now. He was taken to a different room where they probably chained him up, but you couldn't know for sure since Dabi pulled you after him to the roof to 'smoke'.

The night air was chill and only when it grazed your face you realized you might have been a bit in shock, your mind numb since the mission and your muscles were clenched.

You took a deep breath, visibly relaxing, as Dabi looked at you and sheepishly smiled.

"better now?" he asked. Sometimes you could swear he has another hidden quirk of mind reading.

"yeah...I think so...thanks" you smiled gently at him as he stepped closer and pulled you into a hug.

"you did great out there, you know...sorry I couldn't protect you from that bastard...by the time I noticed you already kicked his ass"

"you...saw that?"

"yeah..." he said and looked aside as if something was troubling him.

"what's wrong Dabi...?" you tried to catch his gaze again.

After a moment of hesitation, he decided to open up to you and say what's on his mind, "it's just...for a moment there I got worried you might leave with him" he admitted and looked up, avoiding your gaze and watching the night skies.

"Dabi...there's no one, anywhere in this world, that will ever cause me to leave you..."

"yeah...sorry I know it's stupid" he sadly chuckled and focused on his half finished cigarette.

"don't –" you started saying but a loud thump from within the hideout caught both yours and Dabi's attention.

"what are you doing?!?!" you yelled as you ran into the room where they hid Bakugou, where Toga, that wasn't supposed to be there, was. With a knife with a slightly bloodied knife.

"HE'S SO CUTE I WANNA TASTE HIM!!" she gloated and tried to launch herself on him again but was stopped by your ice that froze her foot to the floor and she fell face down on the floor.

"ouchie~" she whined and you ignored her and kicked her knife away.

"get out of here before I'll freeze the rest of you" you tossed at her and stepped slowly towards the boy that looked at you alert.

"you're no fun!" Toga complained before slamming the door behind her.

"where did she cut you?" you scanned his restrained body to find one small scratch on his upper arm. He probably hit her somehow before she could do anymore damage. And he looked like he was going to do the same to you.

"crazy bitch...I'll go get some first aid..." you said and left for a moment, coming back with bandages and some rubbing alcohol. He still looked alert but this time he let you get closer and sit a chair next to his.
