hey there again, no warnings for this chapter. sorry if the next few chapters will be all over the place, I want to start incorporating the Kai plot in the story

"where's Dabi?" you asked as you walked towards the blue haired man, that only the sight of him got on your nerves.

"how the hell should I know, he's your boyfriend" he returned with a sassy attitude.

"fine. Then how did you get my number, and why did you call me here alone?" you replied with the same annoyed tone. You didn't like it when unknown numbers call you, and to make it worse it turns out to be Shigaraki telling you to come meet him in a remote park.

"you're also in the league of villains, ice cube. Don't forget that." He said in a threatening tone.

"not by choice" you mumbled and rolled your eyes. you didn't know if you've been infected by Dabi's contagious hate towards Shigaraki, or Tomura was just THAT annoying, but either way, you had zero patience towards this small talk, and you wanted to get it over with.

"what do you want Tomura?" you asked him impatiently, somehow this relaxing walk in the beautiful park wasn't that relaxing with him around.

"besides from the OBVIOUS obedient issues, I was positively impressed by you" he started saying.

"you don't act like it" you glare at him and he ignored you and continued.

"it looks like you have potential to be a great asset to the league and our cause, but Dabi is stopping you" he stopped and looked at you to see your reaction, and you didn't know if he wanted to stir things up between you and Dabi, or actually has a goal in what he's saying.

"he's protecting me" you answered threatingly but Tomura kept his face straight.

"from what? Do you see something to be wary of?" he threw his hands to the sides in question.

"or is it me, perhaps?" he asked with a much darker tone and stepped closer to you. "do I scare you, (Y/N)?" he asked quietly and you gulped, suddenly frozen by his weird behavior.

When you didn't answer he smirked and put his hands in his pockets.

"I'll cut to the chase; I want you in more missions. Specifically, intel, since you're a pretty girl that can fight"

Did he just call me pretty?

"We'll start slow, just spying around for now. I need someone I can trust to monitor the UA high and report back anything weird. It won't take more than a few hours every now and then"

"what makes you think you can trust me?" you asked, trying to remain with the same intimidating aura but your facade was slipping and your throat was suddenly dry.

"oh, don't be like that" he smiled a creepy smile and in lightning speed you found yourself standing pressed against Tomura and his arms are wrapped around you.

"see? You didn't freeze me and I didn't turn you to ash, mutual trust" he said lowly in your ear and you tried your hardest not to shake in fear. This wasn't trust, this was a threat. You both knew your quirk needed you to move to activate, and his pinky finger was inch away from your back, only a tiny movement of resistance needed to turn you to nothing.

"what do I get in return" you shakenly let out.

"what do you want in return?" he backed away finally, now hands in his pockets again and looking at you creepily.
