"I love your style." Toni said, "It's like a modern witchy vibe." I smiled as I said "Thank you! I love your style to Toni!"
Toni and I walked the halls talking before the doors slammed open. "It's Mayor McCoy. It's a raid go Toni!" I yelled. "EVIE!" I heard and looked up seeing Jughead. I ran over and took his hand disappearing and reappearing outside as Archie ran up. "Eve? Jug?" Arch asked and Jughead hugged me. "Are you okay?" Archie asked — "Jughead, calm down." Archie told him, "Calm down? Archie, Riverdale just became a police state." Jughead told him and I sighed. "McCoy's convinced the Serpents are dealing jingle-jangle." I then chimed in, "Serpents don't deal that stuff. The Ghoulies do."
"So, tell Mayor McCoy that." Archie told us, "Oh, Mayor McCoy." I said chuckling, "Do you mean the McCoy that just arrested all my friends for no reason? Why do you care anyway, man? I thought you and Betty wanted nothing to do with me, right?" Jughead snapped.
"I'm sorry about what happened, and how it happened. And as for Betty, you should maybe talk to her." Archie said as Jugheads phone chimed. "We gotta go. Tall Boy wants to parley." — We walked into an underground type lair as Tall Boy called out, "Sit down, kid. Business to discuss." Jughead eyed him, "Tall Boy, what the hell is this? Where are we?" A guy came up behind me, "You're in my house. It's the House of the Dead."
"Well, I'm sorry, who the hell are you?" Jug asked as I stepped away from him. "Take it easy, Jughead. Malachai speaks for the Ghoulies. The heat on us and our ranks depleted, our tribes need to unite, and that's gonna be easier to do if you endorse this partnership."
"Me?" Jughead asked, "You're FP's son. That carries weight, especially with our younger members." Y'all Boy said and I chuckled to myself. "Tall Boy, they're the reason Southside was even raided." Jughead and I scoffed in disgust, "Them and their jingle-jangle." I said eyeing him.
"Chaos is how we thrive. You'd better get used to it." Malakai said smirking at me, "Are you seriously gonna do this to my dad? You're supposed to be his right hand." Jughead snapped, "The Northside declared war today. Your old man ain't here to call the shots. And, yeah, I'm his right hand. That makes me de facto leader here and now. So things are changing, Jones. Either you change with them or suffer the consequences." Tall Boy snapped and Malakai chuckled, "Evolve or die, baby. Evolve or die." — "This is a hostile takeover. God, who knows how long Tall Boy has been planning on betraying us. Maybe I stall, just until Sweet Pea and Toni get out. I just hope they'd rather go to war with the Ghoulies than start Dealing jingle-jangle." Jughead complained to Archie and I. "Jug." I started and he turned to me, "You joined the Serpents to keep the peace." Archie said shocked.
