I don't know who the baby is though. "Are you, by any chance, Sonic the Hedgehog?" I asked. "Yea! But do you happen to be Jessica Amber?" "uh, yea. How'd you know?" "Well, how did you know me?" Sonic replied. "I just- you're famous in my world." "Oh, well, you're famous in my world," Sonic cheerfully smiled at me. "Me? How, why?" I asked, confused. "That's a story for a different time. Right now we have more important things to worry about. The baby in my arms should be very familiar to you," Sonic said quickly.
"Actually, yeah. It is familiar." I replied. "Yes, that's because it's Shadow." "WHAT! Why is Shadow a baby?" I shouted. "That's where you come in. I need you to take good care of Shadow." Me! Why me?" I was shocked. "I'll explain it all later, but just take Shadow everywhere. Watch out for anyone suspicious. Many people, mobians (people like Sonic), and robots are after him." I realized this wasn't a joke. This was real, Sonic was actually there. He wasn't kidding either. I had to protect baby Shadow. No matter what.
