Hello dear Journal, as you already know, things have been getting a bit weirder around here, the cretins have tried to use some memory wipe magic against me in my drinks, HA! the fools, I've yet to accept a drink from anyone, my father, god torture his soul, taught me not to. They've been all too sweet to me.. the family must be really airheaded.. or maybe, maybe this information is known, but not mentioned?If so, my childhood teachers belief that defense was the strongest magic , completely missed the mark... deception must be the ultima of magik. It was nearly night time, Eio and the cloaked wizard were still training in the forest, only a bit of sun creeped in from the treetops, the old man dropping a lighting orb near Eio to give her light to train, Eio looked..... beaten down to say the least, all day, and her attacks would sometimes heal the enemy rather than hurt it, did she suck that bad at magic??
Black Cloaked Man: I can sense your confidence levels taking a jump off the deep end haha, not as good as you thought you were are ya? Serves you right
Eio looked at him frustrated, she tried to charge another attack, but before the charge was over, she fell over in exhaustion
Eio: N-no more, I need a month break a-ah.. no more, no more..
The man gently levitated to the ground and smacked the back of her head with his staff
Bcm: How do you expect to become stronger at this.. rate? At this rhythym I'll beat you at the age of 400, child
Eio tried to blast a shot at him, but it dealt so little damage he didnt even move, although it did cut his clothing off a bit, he looked at it, slightly impressed
Bcm: What changed there?
Eio looked down at the ground, panting
Eio: I.. I will make it, my family is depending on me and I will not fail them..
She roughly slammed the ground with her fist, looking up at the man with a determined face. He gave a small smirk and then patted her on the head, before turning his back on her
Bcm: Ah yes, that is a very noble way to give yourself more power, however, something tells me not all of your operate on the same level
He looked at the ground and drew a figure in the dirt, that looked like one of the demons the trio ran from previously, Eio's eyes widened and as she was about to say something-
Bsm: Yes you've seen those before, these cretins are a demonic dark force, used by the scum of the earth, wherever very good people are, they come, attempting to convert or cosume the light
Eio( stammering( : D-do you know anything else about them? T-they nearly killed me and my siblings, I-I need to know (she grabs onto the cloak on the man as she was still on the ground( Tell me!!!
The man looked down at her and shook his head
Bcm: Sadly I do not possess such knowledge, although I have strong enough magic to keep them at bay, if need be. Come, let's walk a bit
He stretched out his arm to her, and she took it, they gently walked out of the forest, the vast ocean a little further away
