*Hisoka's dreaming*

Hisoka's POV

I'm sorry...

But I have to go...

Those words almost killed me, I don't want her to go.

I'm leaving...

"No! Don't do that!" I said as I try to reach her.

She's already far away but I just kept on chasing her....

I don't wanna lose Ryuko. I don't want to. I'll probably go insane!

"Don't!" I said for one last time but she didn't stop. I called her name for multiple times but all I got was a silent response.

The next thing I knew is that I was already in Meteor City and I saw Ryuko lying on the ground. I quickly went towards her only to be in such horror.

I found her dead... And soon blood exits through her mutilated small body... I tried to save her...

Why Hisoka?

I was shocked

Why--- didn't--- you--- save....

Me---?

Then she pushed me away and I suddenly fell down in an endless dark portal. I was crying...

Ryuko blames me for her death...

*end of dream*

I woke up from the nightmare I had. I was sweating hard and I could hardly catch my breath.

My consience's bothering me... Ryuko haunts me....

*flashback*

Ryuko and Hisoka are walking in the grounds of Meteor City and as usual, Hisoka's chewing a gum and Ryuko just carries an irritated expression on her face.

"I'll kill them!" Ryuko suddenly said with so much anger.

"Eh?" Hisoka just said.

"Those old geezers are worthless! I want to kill them right now! D*amn it! Those assholes!" Ryuko said again in anger as she was clenching her fists. She was clenching it so hard that it bleed.

"Now, now Ryuko... Calm yourself..." Hisoka tries to calm her friend.

Hisoka unclenched her hands and torn a part of his tattered clothes to band it to Ryuko's hands.

"If you're like that, you'll gradually get into fights. And you have a very foul mouth, don't you know that?" and Hisoka finished nursing her hands.

"They're useless...!" Ryuko exclaimed as tears flows down from her eyes.

"We can't do anything about it... They're powerful..."

"Powerful?! Piece of crap! If they are really powerful then they should have saved him!"

Ryuko was referring to the boy they have met along the road. He was forcibly taken by Mafia members.

Hisoka just helplessly stared at his friend who was crying. He suddenly felt guilty. He couldn't do anything to help Ryuko.

Then all of a sudden Hisoka embraced Ryuko and said the words Ryuko never anticipated to hear from him...

I love you...

Ryuko stopped crying because she was surprised and then she unconsiously said

I love you too...

*end of flashback*

Apparently, Hisoka can no longer be with her because she was killed...

By the Mafia Community. The same group of bastards who also killed her whole family and dumped her in the Meteor City.

The reason why Hisoka greatly disdains the Mafias. However, he don't have the interest to put exact revenge on them.

They're bugs. A complete waste of time.

Hisoka hid the fact how he enjoyed watching the Phantom Troupe brutally killed the members of the Mafia. He was insanely happy!

He went out of the room he was currently staying at. He went to a flower shop and bought three red roses. Then he went into a beautiful and clear river. He picked up some stones and arranged them like a small altar. He lit up some inscence and put the roses beside the altar. Then he placed an old picture of a girl, it was the young Ryuko who died at the tender age of 9.

Be at peace my love...

He said inside his heart.

From morning until afternoon he was just sitting there and was doing nothing. He seems to be talking with Ryuko of his experiences.

"I wish you were there Ryuko.." he said in a sad and sincere tone.

Then the wind suddenly blows and Hisoka feels it with all his heart..

Is it you Ryuko?

"Oi, Hisoka!"

Hisoka got suddenly interrupted and he was pissed off but upon realizing who called him, he controlled his anger.

It was Gon and Killua...
