"Teru-sama!" A voice called out to the eldest Minamoto sibling.

He turned and saw his (H/C) hair colored younger sister, Minamoto (Y/N), running to him with books in her hand.

"Studying hard, little sis?" He asked and she stopped at his side, smiling widely.

"Totally," You exclaimed with passion. "I'm going to get that number one spot in exams! Just watch me!"

The eldest boy of the Minamoto family sighed. You were still at it, huh? For years, he has been at the top of the scoreboard, always topping his sister and Akane, who is just as smart. This year, however, everything would change. You fantasized that you could finally overthrow the king of the leaderboard (and the girls), and take the crown.

"Alrighty then," He said, smirking. "Just don't overwork yourself, ok?"

Your eyes twinkled and nodded, as if his words went into your ear and out the other. You silently one-hand hugged him and ran off to your next class, humming a familiar tune.

"Tewu!" A innocent, childish voice called.

He turned and smiled gently at his little sister Tiara, who had a small teacup in her hand. She was as cute as a button, and the pride of their family. However, Teru didn't think you would think that, being the most proud out of all the Minamoto siblings.

The youngest Minamoto yawned and blinked slowly, signaling she wanted to be put to bed. He picked her up and put her inside her crib, setting a blanket over her.

He kissed her gently on the forehead and got up to turn off the lights. Teru turned his head when he put his hand on the switch.

"Goodnight, Tiara. Sleep tight."

She started snoring softly as if to say, "Yes, I will." He chuckled and slowly closed the door to not awake her. The eldest blonde walked to Kou's room, which was filled with loud snoring that could be heard from outside the door.

He put his head on the door. "Goodnight, Kou."

Finally, Teru came up to the last room, which had a light flitting under the closed door. Through curiosity and concern, your older brother opened the door.

There you were, sleeping with your arms and head on your desk. A couple of books was beside your arms and your (L/C) hair flowed on your shoulders.

Note: (L/C) means length choice.

He realized what you were doing, and smiled. It seems like you really are serious about surpassing him. Teru creeped up to you and pulled you into his arms bride style. He walked to your bed and gently placed you down, pecking a little kiss on your cheek. Your small snores made his stomach do little flips.

"Love you, (Y/N)," He whispered in your ear before turning off the light and closing the door behind him. "Please don't overwork yourself, alright?"

"Huh?!" You and Akane exclaimed, days after everyone had taken the exams.  Boys and girls were crowded around the leaderboard, gawking at 1st place.

Your older brother had taken 1st place once again, throwing all that grounded studying out the window. You, on the other hand, made 4th place, under Aoi and Akane.

You looked to the ground in defeat, clutching your skirt. "I-I worked so hard.."

Akane put his hand on your shoulder, shooting you a sympathetic look. "Don't worry, I did too. There's always a next time."

Suddenly, a hand was put on your other shoulder blade. You flinched at the touch, surprised. You knew who it was, yet you stubbornly averted your eyes.

"I agree with Akane-san. Both of you, along with Aoi-chan, did well." Teru said, smiling at your face.

You looked up to him, your eyes watering. "Can you, for once, please let someone take the crown?"

The blond haired boy blinked at you in surprise, then chuckled afterwards. You twitched one of your eyes in anger. What did the king of the school think was so funny about your statement? It was the truth!

He suddenly pulled you into his embrace, catching you off guard. However, you didn't struggle against it. You inhaled a vanilla like scent that emitted from the eldest Minamoto brother's uniform.

"Really little sis," He said quietly. "I'm worried for your health. I want you to be feeling great every day. I want you to be happy. So please, don't overwork yourself."

Your eyes widened and fat, salty tears spiraled down your face. Soon enough, your mask broke and you wrapped your arms around him in return, softly crying so that you wouldn't cause anyone to stare at the two of you.

I hated him at first for attacking Hanako but now I love him smh my feelings are like a rollercoaster
