A/N: Part 2! Hope you enjoy, got a little misty-eyed writing this. (1100 words)

Slightly hungover from the bachelor party, Draco was fixing his tie in the mirror. On the opposite side of the chapel, Y/n was slipping into her dress with a hangover migraine. Even though if either one of them moved quickly, they would need to lie down, the buzz of excitement was choking the oxygen in the air.

"Sweetie, you look amazing," Y/n's mother said, stepping into the room. Y/n smiled, looking in a mirror and seeing her mother stand proudly behind her.

"Can you zip me up?" She asked, feeling her nerves kick in.

"Of course," her mother walked over slowly, admiring her daughter. "When did you get so big?" She said as she delicately zipped up the back of the gorgeous white dress.

"I don't know," Y/n responded, feeling tears begin to well in her eyes. Her mother looked back in the mirror and put her hands on Y/n's shoulders.

"Don't cry, this is your special day!" But her mother's eyes became teary as well.

"I love you mom, thank you for everything," Y/n bit the inside of her cheek, turning around to face her mother. She nodded, pulling her in for a warm embrace.

Across the chapel, Draco was gelling his hair nervously, when he heard footsteps.

"Dad?" He called out, but no one answered. They had agreed to invite his parents, but neither one of them said they would come. Still, he hoped his parents would be there for his big day. He sighed and continued back to his appearance. He looked at the clock, 10 minutes to go. After he undid and redid his tie for the 5th time, Harry knocked and entered the room. Draco felt some relief.

"How's the big man?" Harry asked, sipping on complimentary champagne.

"Nervous as a house-elf," Draco scoffed, staring at himself in the large mirror. Harry shook his head, smiling.

"That's expected. There's nothing to be nervous about, you guys love each other more than Hermione loves her books." Harry stated. Draco looked over at him, slightly shocked. "I know! And that's saying something."

"Yeah," Draco nodded, of course, Harry was right, "I just wanted my parents to be here for it. I know they aren't good people, but even after all these years, I feel as if I still need their approval." Harry tried his best to look understanding, even though he had no experience of parental approval. (too soon?)

"Well anyway, you're on in 5min! You look super sexy!" Harry said and quickly ran out of the room. Draco laughed. That bugger, he thought.

5 minutes later Draco stepped onto the altar and stood exactly where he was when they rehearsed it the night before. All his friends sat in the front row, smiling excitedly. He smiled back, but his palms were drenched in sweat.

The priest stood there, looking bored and unfazed by anything. Draco's eyes were darting around, trying to focus on something other than the intensity of his heartbeat. And then, the music started and out she walked, his everything.

Y/n stepped out onto the aisle with her mother at her side. Normally the father would be the one to give her away, but Y/n's father died while they were still in school and her mother was more than happy to do the part.

Draco gripped his hands together nervously. Y/n looked beautiful. He thought he was about to cry. Y/n looked up at him and smiled, Draco felt his heart melt. The church echoed with strings of an orchestra and the sound of people shuffling on their feet. Gasps in all directions came from weeping relatives.

Y/n reached the altar. Her mother lifted the veil and kissed her cheeks, then lowered the veil again. Her mother walked to her seat in the front row, receiving kind whispers of praise for her daughter.

Draco held out his shaking hands and y/n took them, one hand with a small bouquet of beautiful white and pale pink flowers, keeping their arms steady. He exhaled, realizing he forgot he needed to breathe.

The priest cleared his throat and began his speech, the same one he had given to many couples before, but there was something special about this one. The way they looked in each other's eyes, their smiles, their whispers of "I love you" as the words rambled on and on. Anyone could see this was a once in a lifetime love, and the people who were able to witness it spoke about it for many years to come.

"Do you, y/n y/l/n, take this man to be your lawfully wedded husband to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, until death do you part?" The priest said, glancing at y/n. She looked around and everyone there with them. Draco held his breath again.

"I do," she said, squeezing her almost-husband's hand. She was 100% certain of her answer.

"And do you, Draco Malfoy, take this woman to be your lawfully wedded wife to have and to hold, from this day forward, for better, for worse, for richer, for poorer, in sickness and in health, until death do you part?" He glanced a Draco. Y/n's pinky finger twitched nervously, Draco felt it and smiled.

"I do," he winked. Y/n blushed but smiled back. Draco slipped the shiny ring on her dainty hand. Y/n gently put his ring on his hand, the golden shine reflecting in her wide eyes.

"Then, by the power invested in me, I now pronounce you husband and wife. You may now kiss the bride." The priest stepped back and allowed the scene to take place.

Draco shakily lifted y/n's veil and cupped his hands on her face. They leaned in and slowly connected their lips. Everything was happening in slow motion. Most people were crying, Draco and y/n's friends cheered and whooped, and a familiar face stood back and watched it all happen.

They pulled apart from the kiss, practically glowing. Draco looked out onto the crowd and saw a man in the corner of the large room. It was his father. He smiled, knowing his family was supportive of him in some way. His father nodded, not smiling, but in a friendly, passive way. When Draco looked again he was gone.

He turned back to his wife and kissed her again. Her hands clutching his biceps and giggling with joy. They broke away and held hands again, regaining their breath from all the excitement. Then, they ran down the aisle.

People began to throw rice on them, similar looking to falling snowflakes. They slowed down at the exit and y/n tossed her bouquet back. Hermione caught it, practically screaming in pride. Ron went red and pretended he didn't notice.

Y/n blew the crowd a kiss before disappearing with Draco and jumping into the limo parked outside. Draco laid his head on y/n's lap as the car sped away.

The rest of their long, happy life was waiting for them.
