Ch11|| Its Nice To Have a Friend

2017 ( They're 13 by the way!)

School bell rings, walk me home

Sidewalk, covered in snow

Lost my gloves, you lend me one

" Wanna hang out?"

Yeah, sounds like fun

" You can do it Soar! " I reassure the boy, having a little faith in him. I stopped peddling my bike and took a pause, waiting for him to catch up.

" I'm never going to be as good as you!" he sadly whined, sighing as he got off the navy blue and yellow bike; deciding to walk instead.

" You gotta gotta gotta try harder" I exclaimed cheerfully, patting his back hoping that'll give him hope to keep on going.

He grinned " Listening to Ariana Grande again?"

" What? No! Of course not" I lied, putting stands of my aqua blue hair near my ear making it less obvious I was actually listening to music on Spotify.

" I can literally see the wires to your earphones" he replied bluntly, removing the strands of my hair from my ear " Maybe next time make it less obvious" the boy smirked.

" Shi-"

" Don't you dare say it Dashie! We don't use such foul language" he scolded, as if he was my mother or something.

" Whatever. " I murmured while rolling my eyes at the boy " That's the least of our problems Soar!" I quickly stopped him from going forward. The confused boy was about to speak up but then noticed the shadows of 3 teens around our age. He looked up and to his surprise it was the biggest jerks at our school ; Steel Stud, Moonshadow Colt and Fire Bullet.

" Well Well, who do we have here" the tallest one and also the leader of the group ( Steel Stud) spoke up loudly, walking towards our way. I hissed at them, backing away farther apart from them. The farther apart Soar and I walked backwards the more they came forward.

" Its Soarin and his girlfriend Rainbow Dash "  Moonshadow Colt teased.

" We're not together!" I shouted angrily, annoyed of these 3 dumb asses.

" Then why are you two holding hands then?" Steel Studs wise mind spoke up. I only hold his hand when I'm scared and right now I'm scared but I can't tell them that!

" We should leave them alone so that they can make out under a tree" Moonshadow Colt dared to say. I'm so sick of these 3! When will they get the point that Soarin and I are just friends. That's all we'll ever be, nothing more!

" Stop it! I don't like her"

" Then why are you blushing Skies?" Steels Stated, making Soarin blush even more but of embarrassment ofcourse. He doesn't like me, we only see each other as friends. I told you that already.

" I am so not blushing"

" Enough with the bullshit! When's the Wedding?"

" You won't be there to see it since all three of you are going to go rot in hell"

" Whoa Whoa Crash. You gotta calm down. You're still mad about your loss last Wednesday when you accidentally tripped on a banana peel and didn't make it on the team due to that unexpected accident''

" That was no accident alright, you purposely left that banana peel there so that I could fall down " I argued, proving my point.

" Well if we have a girl on our team then we're gonna lose all the games and we don't want that. Now do we guys?"
