The Orbs - Chapter 4: Memories

I was ready to go save Lucy that was until I saw the news headline, "LOCAL GIRL LUCY BIRSTFLOW HAS ESCAPED THE AUTHORITIES. IF YOU KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT HER PLEASE CONTACT US. WARNING, SHE IS DANGEROUS AMD HEAVILY ARMED!" I kept reading it over and over, "Lucy, you escaped." I say to myself, thinking about where she could go and stay I decided to try to get some sleep and try to contact her tomorrow. I slowly climbed into bed and slept. I open my eyes to see the strange dream world like usual but this time the mysterious black cloaked man was gone, the only person there was the glowing white man.
"Hello Luke, I see you have tested your powers but know it is time for me to train you." he says, slowly floating into the air. He has a white aura exploding around him as he starts to explain in detail how my power works. After what felt like an hour or two I felt enriched, stronger, faster and smarter just from this man in white.
"I keep forgetting to ask, what is your name?" I finally ask as I sit down.
"My name is White." he says as he looks around with an almost confused facial expression, "It's been ten hours and your alarm is about to go off, Goodbye Luke," he says as I slowly feel myself waking up.

I sit up and look out the window, it was finally Saturday. But it wasn't a day of relaxation it was a day to try and save my friend. I grab out my phone only to see I have a text from Gemini, "Hey, Luke. I was wondering if you were busy today? I wouldn't mind going shopping with you x" I start to type, "Yea I guess I could go what time and where?" I ask as I slowly get ready for the upcoming day, "Just at Wilsons mall in an hour, is that cool" I quickly respond with, "Yea I'll see you there." I put my phone In my pocket and quickly get ready for the shops. I have a quick shower and get dressed into my casual clothing. "I'll find you Lucy, but I'll get Gemini to help us," I say as I walk out the door and start to head towards the shop. It wasn't hot but it wasn't exactly cold either so I was just wearing a jumper with the sleeves rolled up. I finally arrive and see Gemini sitting on a chair out the front.

She was wearing a small sweater with a pear of jeans, she had beautiful long blonde hair in two pigtails, diamond like blue eyes sparkling, a wide smile and a piercing in her left ear. She ran up to me and gave me a hug, I was a lot taller then her, "I missed you," she said hugging me tighter, "Hahaha I missed you more," I say hugging her back until we both let go, we have been dating for more then a year now. I don't really mind what we did in the shops but she always let me choose where we went. Time flew past but every so often the thought of Lucy kept creeping back into my mind, "Gemini I want to show you something," I say as I start to activate my ability. We were out of sight from cameras and people. The orb appears and her eyes widen, I start to pull twenty dollar notes only five of them so I could buy her something, "That's amazing, how did you do it?" She asks I don't respond at first but then I finally say, "It's the same thing Lucy has but hers is different," I say now looking around, "I'm trying to find her so I can help her but it hasn't been great," I say when I heard some doors open, there were security guards everywhere, "FREEZE!" I hear one of them yell as the guards all pull out guns, "What do you want! We haven't done anything wrong," Gemini says trying to back away, "Luke Anmex, we know about your friendship with Lucy Birstflow, we have reason to believe you know where she is!" They start yelling telling us to do things, "I would never tell you," I say as I spit at them, "Well then say goodbye to miss Gemini!" He yells as someone shoots directly at her. In a matter of seconds she's on the floor with a bullet wound in her head, blood was everywhere, "YOU JUST KILLED AN INNOCENT YOUNG GIRL" I yell as I create the orb and pull all of the guns towards me, "NOW YOU DIE" I yell as I grab two guns and shoot them all down, their screams stuck in my ears. I quickly warp back to my house only to find cops searching the place, I didn't know where to go so I quickly warped to a forest on the outskirts of town.
