i woke up and smiled. finally.. i will have a date with her!!
a few months earlier...
"you got my order wrong!" a costumer rudely threw a cup of coffee to the ground.
the sound made everyone turn to look at what had happened. i blushed. the waitress is- wow..
"a-ah.. i'm so sorry, miss.." the cute waitress started cleaning up the mess the costumer had made.
i frowned my eyebrows. that is no way of treating a lady!! i stood up from my seat and started walking towards them.
"i demand you make me another one!"
"excuse me." i touched his shoulder.
he turned around violently. "what do you want from me?! can't you see i'm having a bad day?!"
"that is no excuse to treat a lady. they are meant to be respected." i held my hand out for her to hold and smiled at her.
she looked up to me, confused, but still grabbed my hand. i helped her up. she stood close to me, head down and nervously playing with the hem of her apron.
"she is trying her best. if you don't like it, leave. it would be a favour for all of us."
the costumer huffed. "i'm gonna leave a bad review." and with that, he stormed off.
"th-thank you," the waitress said, looking up to face me.
"you're welcome," i smiled. "hey.." i blushed, "i know this is weird but.. can i have your number..?"
end of flashback..
she surprisingly agreed and we had been texting ever since. i really liked her. i think even love!!
today, we will have our first date. i have already planned my outfit! i'm gonna look extra handsome today, just for her..!!
i finished getting ready and checked myself out in the mirror one last time.
i winked at myself. "handsome ~" i grabbed my car keys and walked out my house. i drived to hers to pick her up. she looked amazing (as always). we had the best date ever. i even had the courage to kiss her!! that day was the best!
and...
let's just say...
she was the one.
