Now which elevator are you going to choose? The second one. Good choice. Luckily no one was waiting with him, and no one occupied the elevator. I had, of course, prepared for the event that other people could be in the elevator with him, but this was just much easier.
Due to my previous hack, I had complete control over the elevators, so when Jim stepped in and the doors closed, he was truly at my mercy.
The first thing I did when the doors closed was release the nitrous oxide gas, I had stored in containers in the elevators ceiling pads. It had taken a lot of work, since I couldn't possible have foreseen which elevator he would pick, I had rigged all of them. If you were given the right doses of nitrous oxide gas, it would certainly knock you out. There were no cameras inside the elevator, but I was certain that Jim would be knocked out, when the elevator reached the basement.

I sipped up my costume and put on my headgear and mask. I had acquired an Istranger, which is a device that you can plug into your phone. You simply speak into the device, which then processes your voice. Your phone acts as a speaker, making your voice unrecognizable.

I went over to the elevator and was pleased to find Jim passed out on the floor, as the doors opened.
I spent a minute observing him up close. I guess, he could objectively be classified as a handsome man, but as I looked at him, I saw nothing but a monster.
I dragged him out of the elevator by his armpits. God, he was so heavy.
I then set up a ventilator to air out the elevator, before sending it back up. It took all of my strength to get him up in the metal chair and cuff his hands to the back of the it. By my calculations, I had about 28 minutes till he woke up. I had to hurry. I reached into the pockets of his suit and pulled out his phone. 19 minutes later I had installed an untraceable back door to access his data. I guess, I worked faster under pressure.
I wiped my fingerprints off his phone and put it back in his pocket.

I took my place across from him, the only light source in the room being a bright lamp standing next to me pointing at Jim. I had disguised myself well in a large bulky costume. It was essential to my plan, that he didn't know anything about me yet.
You see, when Jim woke up, he would definitely come to the logical conclusion, that his attacker knew about his meeting with Luke beforehand, and given the planning and the elevator stunt, it was safe for him to assume, that his attacker was quite possibly a hacker. Now given that Luke's employees were hackers, the probability of one of them hacking Luke's phone, and learning about the time and place of their meeting, would seem highly likely. From the data I gathered from Luke's phone, I learned that he had 8 men and 3 women (including me) working for him here in the UK, so you see, Jim finding out that I'm a woman, would narrow my window of opportunity considerably.

Lost in my own thoughts, I jerked back, when I looked up and found Jim watching me. He had leaned as much forward, as his restraints would allow him, and he looked up at me, like he could tear me in half right then and there. It was so uncomfortable being under his stare like that. It felt like his eyes were drilling holes straight into my soul, and I simply froze.

Remember you're in control of this situation, I reminded myself. I got a hold of myself, and just as I was about to open my mouth and speak, he tilted his head slightly and beat me to it:

"Tell me, are you afraid of me? It's okay if you are. Fear is only wisdom in the face of danger." He subtly smirked, and slowly leaned back in his chair.

His eyebrows suddenly furrowed.

"Who said that? Who was it? Why can't I seem to remember? Oh It's on the tip of my tongue, the tip of my tongue, the TIP of my TONGUE!". He yelled the last part, and I was honestly taken aback.

I had expected to meet a man, a person, not an insane psychopath.

So who did say that? .....Is it on the tip of your tongue?
