Aaaand a few moments later....

"oof. " the sound the figure made as soft body hit hard ground. The blunt thud indicated how hard it hit.

"I'm so sorry." The amber headed one said to the dark eyed one, who's face couldn't be gloomier.

"a - tcha. It's fine." The dark eyed girl struggled against her bounds but to no avail.

Another thud landed beside them, drawing their attention. The white haired stranger stared down her nose at the ropes in livid distaste.

A second passed.

Then another.

The silence stretched on, with the newcomer still staring at the ropes.

Tails broke the silence, as the socially awkward and yet somehow still unhumanly chirpy existence that resembled the most a high squirrel on drugs 24/7, of course she was the one who did it.

"Uh... why are you just staring at the rope?"

"Huh?" The girl seemed to finally notice us.

"Oh hi." I noticed that, as she spoke, her white hair practically blazed under the meager light. I could tell that it wasn't bleached. Plus, who would bleach an innocwent young child's hair?

"Well the thing is, if you stare at it with enough digust it would go away."

"...?"

The girl shrugged and leaned against the tree behind her and closed her eyes. Even her eyelashes were white. They were also long and pretty. Now that I get to look at her properly, I can see that actually her skin was unnaturally pale aswell.

Footsteps sounded, we all looked up.

Only to see that the small group of people who Tails stole from earlier in front of us...except...they were bound too. And gagged.

"pff....tch.....hahahaha..." Tail's sarcastically hysterical laughter sounded beside me. What am I meant to do with this bean?

"haha...hic...oink."

I stare at her. "Did you just OINK?"

"Huk...yeah...hic"

I sighed. Hm?

I blinked twice.

...huh?

Why does it feel....so off?

I turned, casting my gaze over to the still hiccuping Tails and to the dodgey snow girl.

"You feel it too?" She didn't wait for my reply before turning sharply towards a direction.

up.

Where a leg casually swung from the tallest branches. Stopping as if the owner had sensed out gaze.

Craning my neck to look higher, what came into view was a lightly camoflaged boy leaning against the tree trunk, a straw in his mouth.

Whith one graceful movement, he juped down and landed in front of us.

"Prince, at your service."

And before I could have given any response...

"Ew" It seemed, was the reaction of the moon girl.

The expression on Price's face cracked a little, but quickly recovered. He cleared his throat.

A light chuckle came out of nowhere.
