chardonnay dreams - NAMJOON CENTRIC
So basically, I've wondered what Namjoon would be like as a ballet dancer. Like maybe dancing in the swan lake play and the other members as other dancers, the vocal line sometimes they gaze at him when he stretches his legs over the barre or practices with the dance instructor, world-renowned dancer Jung Hoseok. Some scoff or roll their eyes as they see Hoseok's hands move Namjoon into position - strong veiny hands moving a beefy man who is surprisingly squishy. Whether they are jealous of Hoseok or Namjoon is unknown.
His hands sometimes interlinking with Namjoon's own large yet somewhat dainty ones, Taehyung's eyes narrow in jealousy and Jungkook raising an eyebrow in disbelief while Hoseok just shoots them a smug grin.
Yoongi is in charge of music and lighting while his distant cousin Park Sodam and close friend Kim Seokjin was in charge of fashion and the screenplays. He made the lights cool and luminous, the music deep and resounding enough to practically feel every symphony.
Namjoon was called to be Odette, the swan. He had a long-sleeved blue ballet dress that seemed like it was from the victorian era with how it was ruffled and felt like silk and satin; fashioned with light blue lapis lazuli crystals with a crown on his head decorated with the same jewels. His makeup was light blue, lips glossy and clear while his eyeshadow was soft blue. He looked gorgeous and Yoongi has to stop himself from blushing every time the lights were on Namjoon as he gracefully danced across the stage.
The lights hitting his dress and giving him a glow that seemed otherworldly and made Jungkook even more besotted with him. Jungkook was to be Prince Siegfried, much to Seokjin and Taehyung's protests and was swaddled in flowy black clothing and dancing most of the time with Namjoon.
His heart rate always started pumping when Hoseok introduced the play to the audience and the piano music started.
He would get into position, heart beating as the music Yoongi put on started, melodic from the piano and then a low loud shriek from the violins put in place as the lights moved to shine on the lake that's usually featured in the play. Smoke softly billows from the small forest placed there as Namjoon dances towards him. Jungkook in a trance as Namjoon gracefully twirls and spins and dances just like the swans.
They both dance, intertwined with each other like one with it's shadow. But then the Baron, played as Taehyung, appears and snatches Namjoon away from Jungkook, a flash of white appears and then in Namjoon's place, is a swan.
More stuff happens, Odile (Jimin) appears as a decoy of Namjoon as the Baron made as he's magical and Namjoon is devastated - having a dance to himself where he dances to somber music.
Even MORE stuff happens and Jungkook and Namjoon reconcile again and defeat the Baron (Taehyung) once and for all while the curse is broken and Namjoon isn't a swan anymore, his lapis lazuli clothing turned into pure white and shining with clear crystals and diamonds.
Jungkook and Namjoon dance again, close and intimate and Jungkook's heart is beating faster and faster while Namjoon's pretty doe eyes are looking at him so tenderly and with affection.
They end the dance in each other's arms, almost like a hug with Jungkook's arms around Namjoon's waist and hips whilst Namjoon's were around his neck and shoulders while the audience claps loudly in ecstatic applause with Debussy's Arabesque playing in the background.
However, no-one expects for Jungkook to grab Namjoon a bit closer, grab his chin and move his face closer to his and deeply kiss Namjoon as the music ends.
Taehyung spits out his water that he was drinking hidden behind the curtain while Jimin looks confused. Yoongi in pure shock while Sodam and Seokjin laugh until tears form in their eyes. Hoseok is in pure disbelief until he snaps out of it and yells at everyone to get on the stage.
Jungkook breaks the kiss, giggling at Namjoon's shocked expression on his face, a massive blush growing on his face as Jungkook cheekily winks at him.
Everyone runs on the stage and deeply bow as the audience still raucously applauds. The curtains fall and the play ends.
THE END
