Winter could hear Moon's minds echoing softly in his head "Winter?"

Winter winced as he thought about it. "Yes"
He had remembered clearly of that past experience.
"I had chosen Qibli over you, Moon continued, but now everything's changed. You are no longer the egotistical Winter. Somehow it seems like you two have switched personalities. I know that Qibli is a good dragon, but everyone has its dark sides. I saw Qibli's dark side, a murderer and willing to do anything for love. I know you didn't take part in stopping Darkstalker, I know that you shouted at me but you are special to me. Not because of your magic, its because of your kindness. So I have chosen finally, and I have chosen you. And you ask me why? It is because you have made mistakes before. You have been unpleasant before. But now you see your flaws and errors and you clean them up. This is my I want you with me, and I think together we can work to fix both our errors."
Winter opened his mouth then closed it again, lost for words as Moon and Winter embraced; his arctic pools staring into her jade green.
I love you, "Winter whispered into Moon's ear.
