"Bruh we need to go to the lab." I pulled Sora out of her seat, walking towards the lab.

"I don't wanna go." She said whinning and dragging out the 'o.' She pulled back trying to sit in her seat.

"I don't want to be late because of you!" I struggled pulling her again as she did the same.

"Then leave me!" She shouted and I dropped her as the idea clicked. I was only going to use her to block the teacher's view of me anyways. She fell to floor clearly shocked by my instant transition.

"That's a good idea, pick up some punishments along the way." I picked up my bag and walked towards the direction of the lab. I walked quickly since everyone else was most likely already in the lab.

"Wait wait i'm coming dammnit!" I heard some shuffle from the classroom after some footsteps and swearing following behind me.

"Took you long enough." I said walking faster.

"I hate you, you beep beep-" I tuned her out as she started talking, not wanting to hear her poor attempt at her so called english.

Soon after we arrived at the lab and everyone was seated and getting ready. Luckily though the teacher was getting some equipment from the room attached to the classroom. Sora and I quickly took a seat at the back, taking out our stuff.

The teacher came back soon after with the equipment but the only thing that caught my attention was the Bunsen Burner. I cracked my knuckles, getting ready for another attempt at burning down the school.

There was about 5 tables, each with at least 7 of my classmates. Each table got a Bunsen Burner and the other equipments as the teacher began explaining what we were supposed to do.

Sora and I had 4 other people at our table who we didn't even bother learning the names of since that wasn't our forte.

"I'm Amy." One said. I introduced myself also as I felt the information slip from my head no matter how much I chanted it.

We were going to be testing for starch, sugar and protein in foods. We started with starch first, measuring the right amount of the reagent and water that we needed. I caught sight of a beaker placed on a table not far from us, looking out of place since it was surrounded by models made to represent stuff like hawks and such. I dumb idea came to mind and I didn't waste any time voicing it.

"Is a beaker called a beaker because it has a beak?" Some of them stopped staring at me while others continued working, ignoring the comment.

"I swear this school needs a therapist." I heard one mumble and I smirked. That therapist would be put through daily hell if we ever got one.

We were almost finished with the experiment and class was going to over soon too. I finished my part and sat back watching everyone continue on. I swung back and forth on my chair before feeling something under the table. I wanted to check what it was and once I saw everyone doing their work I quickly tried to catch a peek of what was there. I kept on thinking 'curiousity killed the cat,' but ignored it as I tilted the tall stool I sat on.

I caught site of a pipe running under the table and tried sitting back up, deeming what I saw wasn't anything interesting.

As soon as I tried to sit up I felt myself instantly falling before colliding with the floor. I stayed there a couple of seconds before I heard laughs erupting in the class. I sat up on the floor laughing also of embarassment as people started crowding around me. Sora who was sitting beside me only faced palmed and asked how I fell. Once I told her she didn't believe it and when I added on what I found she just called me an idiot.

"How do you think a sink is here dumbass?"

I just laughed it off. Luckily not getting hurt by the fall but just creating an experience.

Curiousity killed the cat

But..

Satisfaction brought it back.
