After almost being left behind by Mammon and 8 hours of classes that remind me why I hated high school Mammon ditched me in the hallway so he could go pawn off a watch he found in the classroom.... Great day right? "Oh there's the new human exchange student!" I look over to see a few demon girls giggling and staring at me so I gave them a small smile and a wave and to my surprise they smiled and waved back then went back to chatting about me loudly. Nothing negative thankfully I mean after all the stories I've heard about demons snatching up human souls left and right I was sorta wary about the students here but at least there are a few seemingly nice ones. I start making my way towards the exit of the school building and as I weave my way through people I manage to bump into a few people but they just grunted and glared at me and kept walking but as I finally made it to the exit I bumped into someones back "Sorry about that the people are packed in this hallway tighter than sardines packed in a sardine can didn't mean to bump into you." I said in an apologetic tone as I looked at the tall figure in front of me I noticed as he turned around he wasn't wearing the same uniform as everyone else was but instead was wearing a black and white uniform of his own and honestly I had to say he was pretty attractive he had dark brown hair, dark skin, a slender pretty face, and blue eyes. The man smiled at me apologetically and said "My apologies I was trying to avoid someone and ended up causing our little cra- oh you're the other human exchange student aren't you?" I nodded and said "Yeah, My name is Elizabeth Rose who are you?" He smiled and replied "I'm Simeon one of the angel exchange students its nice to meet you and I look forward to spending this year together with you." He seemed to actually want to be friends and his smile was kind of blinding. I couldn't help but think "This dudes an angel? Damn no wonder he's so attractive... Seriously what is up with all these good looking dudes though?" I snapped out of my thoughts and said "I look forward to this year too I hope we can be friends." Simeon smiled and nodded but just as he opened his mouth to respond a short -and I mean short- boy with blonde hair, blue eyes, and a white uniform ran up to Simeon and started yelling in a shrill voice "Simeon! I can't believe you left me in a room full of dirty demons like that!" while pouting and stomping his foot like child throwing a tantrum. Simeon looked at the kid with amusement lighting up his eyes and said "Sorry about that Luke but I had to catch my math teacher before he left but I only left you alone with Satan he isn't all that bad is he?" Luke glared at Simeon and yelled "He's the worst! He kept telling me that I was a yappy chihuahua! I am not a dog Simeon!" I swear this kids face was redder than a tomato from pure anger alone I was funny but at the same time I for real wanted my ears to stop ringing but thanks to his super shrill voice I doubt they'll stop anytime soon. "I know you aren't a dog Satan was just pushing your buttons Luke. Now the other human exchange student is right here so introduce yourself." said Simeon as he gestured to me. Luke turned to me and look me up and down then said "I'm Luke, an angel and I also work under the great Archangel Michael! Do not call me a kid or a dog!" Well he's a rude little brat but I'll place nice for now so I say with a small smile "I'm Elizabeth it's nice to meet you Luke." he seemed pleased with my nice introduction so he gave me a small smile then turned to Simeon and said "Can we go now? We do have to report in on how the first day went to Michael." Simeon's face lit up as if he just now remembered that "Oh yes your right. Well excuse us Elizabeth we have to go now but I do hope we are able to chat again." With that Simeon and Luke exited the school and I was once again left alone so I exited the school building and sat down on a nearby bench because thanks to a certain greedy demon I can't get home since I do not know the way back. I pulled out my D.D.D and scrolled through my contacts which consisted of the 7 brothers. Diavolo, the two angels, and two people I don't know yet under the names: Barbatos and Solomon. Since I don't really know much about any of the brothers I'm kind of hesitant and reluctant to call one of them up and say "Hey got lost on my first day help me please." Cause that'd fuel for Mammon because he for some reason loves to make fun of me. "You're the other human exchange student. Elizabeth is your name isn't it?" says a kind male voice. I quickly look up from my D.D.D and see a tall pale man with white (Silver?) hair and brown (It's hard to tell so my bad if it's wrong.) eyes and in the same uniform as everyone else. "Yeah, that's me who are you?" He smiled and said "I'm Solomon the other human exchange student here and let me guess Mammon ditched you for a quick buck and you don't know the way back to the House of Lamentation?" I stared at him warily but nodded and said "Yup that's right and if I told the brothers Lucifer would lecture and hit Mammon then I'd be on Mammon's bad side and he'd make sure to leave me in a dark alleyway next time for sure." Solomon laughed and replied "Sounds like Mammon alright but since we're both humans in a demons playhouse I'll take you back if that's alright with you." I nodded, put my D.D.D into my skirt pocket, then stood up and said "Of course I don't mind anything is better than sitting here until Mammon finally decides to remember I exist." I'm met with a chuckle in response as Solomon starts to walk me back to the House of Lamentation he shows me small landmarks to help me remember my way to and from the house. After about a 30 minute walk we make it to the house and we go our separate ways and as soon as I enter the house I'm met with a delightful scene cause seeing Lucifer beat Mammon down with the anger of 1,000 hulks while calmly lecturing Mammon about how irresponsible he has to be to forget about a living being. Beelzebub walks over to me with cheeseburgers in his arms and bunch of candy in his mouth but manages to say "Lucifer she's alive." Lucifer delivers one more swift punch to Mammon's chest before dusting off his clothes, adjusting his gloves, and walking over to me and saying with a slightly angry look on his face "I apologize for Mammon's idiocy if this ever happens again call me immediately and I will punish him accordingly." I give nod and mumble a "Yes, Sir." Lucifer walks off after hearing my response but not before glaring at Mammon and saying in a stern voice "Apologize Mammon or the next beating will be your last" Mammon quickly nodded to Lucifer but as soon as he left he jumped up, dusted himself off, then walked over to me while saying "This is your fault ya know if you woulda just followed me we coulda avoided this!" I stare blankly at Mammon then just quickly walk around him and rush into my room then slam the door behind me. "Not apologizing to that idiot." I say as I change into some baggy pajamas covered in cute baby sheep and sit on my bed with my D.D.D and I try and figure out how to watch some Demon Slayer on it.
BAM chapter over! Sorry if anyone seems out of character. and BOY after Lessons 19 & 20 I legit wanna cry cause oof.... won't say anymore cause it's spoilers but see you all next chapter!
