Twenty-Two

"Hey, what did Woo say?" Seonghwa asks Yeosang once they see each other in the cafeteria.

"They slept together." He whispers. "That night you saw them kiss."

"I knew something had happened." Seonghwa tells him. "Yunho didn't want to tell me anything.

"Do you think Yunho really likes Mingi?"

"I'm not sure." Seonghwa says, honestly. "They have cute moments and all, but after what Mingi did, it's kind of hard to trust him. What if he cheats on him again and breaks his heart? I feel like Yunho doesn't really trust him anymore. It's not the same as it used to be."

"Yeah, you're right." Yeosang nods. "Mingi's my friend, but he really messed up. It takes a long time to earn someone's trust, but it could take only a second to lose it."

"Yeah, exactly." Seonghwa nods. "Now come on... eat." He picks up some food with the fork and gives it to Yeosang.

"Hey guys." San walks over to them and sits down at the table.

"Oh, hey San." Yeosang says, awkwardly. San is one of his best friends, so it's kind of hard to hide things from him, but he knows he can't tell him about what he and Seonghwa were talking about.

"Is everything okay? Did I interrupt something? I can just go sit somewhere else."

"Oh no, don't worry." Yeosang shakes his head. "We were just eating."

"Oh." San just nods and it gets awkwardly silent. "You guys... don't worry about me. I know you two are being like this because you feel bad for me. I know Yunho is the one Wooyoung likes now and I respect that. It's all my fault anyway. I shouldn't have done what I did."

"Sorry." Yeosang apologizes. "Was it that noticeable."

"Of course. You're one of my best friends. You can't hide anything from me. I always know what you're thinking."

"I'm sure you'll find someone, San. Just learn from your mistakes and move on. Don't make the same mistake twice." Seonghwa tells him.

"Oh, trust me, I won't." He shakes his head. "I learned from my mistake."
