So Anxious

It's been pretty good working at Ansel's. I feel so at easy and everyone is so welcoming. That is until one of the other employee's though it would be nice to throw out some racial slurs. And I couldn't hold back and launched a knife about two inches away from his head.

“You ever in your life say such a thing to me again, I'll make sure I won't miss. And that's a promise.” I threatened.

“Such hostility and tension in the air. Take is easy cupcake.” one of the other cooks joked. And the whole kitchen burst into laughter.

“Am I missing a joke here?” Mr.Ansel greeted and everyone stopped laughing. I've yet to find out his first name. It couldn't be that bad.

“Looks like someone was playing darts. Care to tell me why there's a knife stuck in my wall?” Silence never had been so loud, but I spoke up.

“It was me Mr.Ansel. I take full responsibility for the damage to the wall and I'll pay for it. There's no excuse for such behavior.” My head was held in shame and looking at the ground.

“And why would you be launching knives in the first place?” He questioned with his eyebrow raised. The clock on the wall broke the silence.

“Well Ms.Varisco...”

“Something was said that was highly out of line and my anger took over...it's good now. Can you take the damages out of my pay check, please? I don't want to cause anymore trouble then necessary.” I begged.

“Very well then. Carry on with what ever you guys were doing from before. And Ms.Varisco. I'd like to see you after your shift in my office...” Shit. Shit. Double shit.

His P.O.V

I see and hear everything going on in this establishment, and even though her actions were very unjustified, what he said was highly inappropriate and he will be reprimanded for it. She has been doing excellent just like I knew she would, and I'm thinking of promoting her to line cook soon. As for making my advances on her, they'll be happening pretty soon. A knock interrupted my thoughts.

“Come in. Ah Ms.Varisco. Have a seat...” I locked eyes with her.

“Do you like it here?” I questioned.

“I love it. I could never have picked a better place.” This warms my heart.

“What's your name sir? Your first name, if you don't mind me asking...”

Her P.O.V

He hesitated for a moment. Why'd I ask him such a stupid question?

“Zecharian...” he bellowed in a smooth, sultry baritone.

“Zecharian...” I repeated. A gleam showed in his eyes.

“Interesting. Am I getting fired sir?” He looked disappointed.

“Why would I fire you?” he questioned. Is this a trick question?

“You are so intriguing Ms.Jay....”He quirked his head to the side.

“I don't know what it is about you...” he continued, keeping my eyes unable to part from his. I couldn't move.

“Uh, is that..uh..all sir? Maybe..I should...go?” It came out more like a question.

He stood up in all of his 6'7 glory. My eyes lowered to the tent forming in his pants. I gulped and slowly made my way to the door, back peddling as he approached me. Unfortunately my back hit the wall, and he was towering over me. I should've been scared, but a carnal desire warmed through the pit of my stomach to my awakening arousal.
