Chapter 6: Not part of the plan

Once Neil was back in his hospital bed, Audrey cuddled up with him and just stared at her ring and smiled.
"We're getting married" Audrey said looking up at Neil.
"Hell yeah we are" he smiled as he kissed her.
"Do you mind going to get me some water please?"
"Sure babe" Audrey said as she got up but stopping by the door, "If you get up from that bed, I swear to god, if you get up I will kick your ass"
Neil laughed before she left.

Audrey ran into Morgan while she went for water.
"Hey! Congratulations on the engagement, let's see that gorgeous ring"
Audrey rolled her eyes and gave her hand to Morgan so she could see the ring.
"Holy moly girl that's beautiful, you're one lucky girl"
Audrey smiled, "I know, I'm so happy"
Audrey stopped her sentence when she felt weird.
"Lim, are you feeling okay?"
Morgan asked.
"Yeah I'm- I'm"
That's when Audrey fell to the floor.
"SOMEONE GET A GURNEY"
Morgan yelled as she held Audrey.

2 hours later, Audrey woke up.
"Hey Dr. Lim how are you feeling"
Claire said looking down her chart.
"I gotta see Neil" Audrey said trying to get up.
"No no no, he's fine, we ran some blood tests and we are waiting for the results"
Audrey shook her head, "I'm fine, I just forgot to eat breakfast this morning so I just need to eat something"
"Can I at least go see Neil please"
Claire wheeler Audrey into Neil's room.
"Before you say anything Neil, I just passed out it's not a big deal"
Neil just stared at her, "at least you're okay"
Morgan walked in, "I have your blood test results Audrey, we know what's wrong"
"Low blood sugar?"Audrey asked.
"No"
"Then what's wrong with me?"
Audrey asked, taking Neil's hand.
Morgan looked around the room and smiled,
" Dr. Lim,You're pregnant"
