Penelope's pov-
-----------------------

It was a few days later, and I was feeling so much better. I missed Oliver though. He made me feel really good when he took care of me.

I opened my locker and a paper fell to my feet. I picked it up and read it.

Your new tights look really sexy on you.

I scrunched my face up at the note but not long after it was ripped from my hands by none other than Ashton.

"Sexy huh?" He looked he up and down, "I have to say. You do look good today"

"Ashton, can we not?" I sighed and put my books in my locker before closing it.

"Is it oliver? You two buddy buddy again?" He asked crumpling the note.

"No" I sighed.

"Since things are back to normal around here and I don't have to kiss your ass anymore.. Why don't we hang out? For old times sake" he licked his lips and smirked.

"Maybe you forgot or your mild case of syphilis has gone severe and rotted your brain... But I hate you." I crossed my arms, "it just got worse after I found out the bet."

"But you don't hate Oliver, do ya?" he said and fake pouted, "that's not fair"

"Life isn't fair."

"One small thing.. He isnt around to protect you anymore" he shrugged, "you're all mine babydoll"

"Think again" oliver swung his arm around my shoulders. "Scram"

"You don't scare me" ashton laughed.

"Never claimed to" oliver shrugged. "But we both know who's stronger. you hide behind your name and your title. All bark no bite so take this advice. Id stay away from her locker from now on. Or next time I see you, you won't have time for some smart ass comment. You'll be too busy choking on your own teeth. Got it. Good. Now go"

He scurried off mumbling something under his breath. oliver removed his arm from me.

"I know you say you don't need my help but now you can have peace when you're at your locker." He shrugged. "see ya around"

He started walking away.
"Wait!" He turned to look at me. "Thank you. And.."

"And what?" He asked coming closer.

I sighed and kissed him. My hands held his face as I stood on my tiptoes. A few gasps and comments were made around us. He held onto my waist as he kissed me back.

I pulled away and looked at him. "and that"

"I miss you" he said still holding onto my hips.

"I miss you too, Oliver" I tuck my hair behind my ear. "Maybe we could talk some stuff out."

"My house?" he asked. I nodded, "lets go"

He pulled into his driveway and I got out. I tightened my bandana that was in my hair.
