Oliver's pov-

"Penelope, can you hold still please?" Her mom barked at her again. They're in town just for her graduation and that's it.

"I'm sorry, it hurts. You're ripping my hair out" Penelope sighed.

"Well if you brushed it, I wouldn't have to"

"I did, mom" she said. She received a smack to the shoulders with the brush. "Ow"

"Sit still"

"Here, why don't I finish her hair, Jennifer. And you can help Louis." I smiled. She agreed with a flirtatious wink and left. I kissed penelopes shoulder and grabbed the brush.

"Thank you" she said.

"No need to thank me" I laughed. "I couldn't just stand there and watch."

I brushed out her hair softly, making sure I didn't hurt her. I ran the straightener through her hair, and braided back a section of her hair on each side and pinned them down.

"All done, sweetness" I said turning off the straightener.

"Thank you" she smiled and got up. She looked beautiful in the dress she was wearing. It was a simple white flowy dress that came to right above her knees.

"We gotta leave here soon" I said checking my watch. "Grab your cap and gown."

"Are your dads gonna meet us there?" She asked.

"Yes. Genevieve was giving them hell this morning so they're running behind schedule"

She kissed my cheek and grabbed her stuff.
"We are leaving!! Don't be late!" She yelled at her parents before going out to my car.

"Are you excited?" I asked. She nodded. "What's wrong"

"After high school, we are both going to college and i don't know... things are gonna change" she frowned. "There's pretty girls at college"

I stopped the car and pulled over, "listen to me." I grabbed her face softly, "you are mine. Forever. I am not gonna leave you for some college girl. You're the only college girl I want. Nothing is gonna change. I'm only going to the community college. And you're only going about an hour away. I'll make the drive. Everyday if I have to."

"I was thinking about taking a year off" she said.

"Whatever makes you happy babygirl." I kissed her forehead and drove to the school.

"Seniors! Seniors!!" The principal yelled over our chatter. "Line up in the correct order, please. Gowns zipped. Caps on."

I kissed her cheek before walking to the other side of the school. She was my walking partner, obviously.

I could see she was nervous. She was chewing on her lip.

The music started and the seniors started to walk, meeting at the middle of the aisle and then walking together to the stage.

Finally when it was our turn, I winked at her as we walked toward each other.

I grabbed her hand as we walked toward the stage and rubbed circles in it to calm her down.

Graduation ceremonies were always boring. Luckily our class only had like 40 students. I only paid attention when Penelope was called.

"Penelope Mitchell."

She walked up. God she was beautiful. I'm in love with this girl. I knew she was gonna be the one I married.

"Congratulations" the principal said to her.
