Penelopes pov-
We had gotten back from our walk and picnic a few hours ago. I just went upstairs and changed clothes.
My thighs were red and chafed. Nasty.
I stared at myself in the mirror and squished my stomach pudge.
"Stop" Oliver came in and stood behind me in the mirror. "You, my dear, are the most beautiful specimen on earth."
I rolled my eyes. He grabbed my neck from behind, firmly but softly at the same time.
"Baby you're beautiful. Your thighs touch, so what? So do mine. And Chris'. And James'." He said. "Your size never ever ever defines how absolutely stunning you are. You aren't fat. You're curvy. And I love... every... single... curve."
He kissed my shoulder and looked at me in the mirror. He wiped away the tears from my cheeks.
"Why're you crying?" He asked in a whisper.
"Cause I don't feel pretty today"
"That's okay. On days you don't feel pretty, ill make sure you know you're gorgeous to me." He turned me around and held my waist. "My favorite thing to do is watch you. Watch you do daily tasks. When you brush your teeth, the cute little crinkle at the bridge of your nose is one of the most adorable sights to see.
"And when you are getting dressed and you're putting your shoes on.. your hair just falls to the side, and I don't think I've seen more beauty. And when you laugh or giggle, and your eyes crinkle at the edge, well it takes my breath away."
I wrapped my arms around him and hugged him tight.
"My favorite though, is when you're naked, lying next to me. Your natural, ungodly beauty showing. And I can consider myself the luckiest man in the world because I'm the only one that gets to see that. That gets to witness just how pretty you are. That's just the physicals. You're pretty on the inside too" he said stroking my back.
"I love you"
"And I love you" he kissed my head. "Come on, we can watch Disney+ and cuddle."
We climbed in bed and I pulled her real close to me.
"I'm thinking we watch Moana" he said softly."That's fine with me" I smiled. Mulan had been my favorite forever but Moana... it's becoming a close second.
He scratched my back softly as we watched. He always gave me chills whenever he scratched my back. Especially since he did it without even noticing.
"Daddy" I murmured.
"Yes?"
"You love me?"
"Of course" he looked at me, his eyebrows furrowed.
"How much?"
"Lots. Why?"
"I want my binkie and I can't reach it" I giggled. He laughed and got up, grabbing my binkie from across the room.
"Do you want a cup?" He asked.
"Yes please" I smiled. He walked out and I sprawled out on the bed. I watched as Moana said her goodbyes to her grandma and I frowned. "That's so sad" I whispered.
"What's sad?" Daddy came back in. "Scooch over"
I shook my head.
"The movie is sad. Her gramma died."He picked me up and set me on his lap and gave me my things.
"I was laying there" I whined with a giggle.
"Aw man, for real?"
I laughed and got off him and laid on his chest. I popped my binkie in my mouth and set my sippy on his belly.
"That's cold" he said picking it up. I whined and grabbed it back and set it on him again. "Baby"
"Hmm"
"That's cold. Put it on the other side of you" he said picking it up again. I huffed and glared at him. "Grr. Now stop."
I grabbed my cup and spit my binkie out to drink.
"Maui is pretty" I mumbled.
"Oh yeah? I think Hei Hei is pretty" he said. I laughed loudly.
I grabbed my binkie and daddy's hand and made him hold it for me. He didn't seem to notice at all and started twirling it in his hands while watching the movie.
I admired him. I was lucky. He was my knight in shining armour.
"Daddy"
"Hmm"
"Thank you"
He looked down at me and furrowed his eyebrows, "for what, princess"
"Being the best thing that came into my life."
He smiled and leaned down to kiss me.
"You are everything I've ever dreamed of." He whispered.I smiled big and straddled him, hugging him tight. He rubbed my back and chuckled.
"When are we going home" I asked.
"Ready to leave already?"
I shrugged.
"Two days. Soon baby"
I kissed his cheek and made myself comfy on him before closing my eyes finding sleep.
Omg it's such a short chapter. I have the worst writers block rn.
