"Hey.."
Napalingon ako sa nagsalita. I'm currently here at the school garden, wherein my favorite spot. I just give him a glance and my visions are back again in the book I'm reading.
"May problema ba?" He poked my cheeks, sitting beside me.
"Bakit? Meron ba tayong problema?" I replied, still focusing on the book.
'Sh*t. I can't focused anymore. D*mn this guy'
He pouted. He place his hand on my nape, made me look at him.
"Eh.. Bakit parang iniiwasan mo ko?"
I closed my book and look at him straightly. "B-busy l-lang. S-saka busy ka rin naman diba?" pautal-utal kong winika.
'How can this freakin' guy made me like this?' I mentally said.
His Xavier. My Bestfriend. He is known as The Campus Playboy. Almost all girls drool over him. Almost half girls of this school are his ex. Every week, a new girl. That's his thing.
While me, a book nerd. A simple boring girl with matching thick glasses. Who's unlucky inlove with this guy. Malas ko. I'm inlove with a malandi.
He gave me a strange look.
"Busy? Saan ka naman busy? At ako? Busy? Kailan pa?"sunod sunod niyang tanong.
Napahawak pa siya sa chin niya, tila nagiisip ukol sa sinabi ko. I just give him a bored look.
'Bat ba ang slow ng isang ito?' I mentally said.
Bigla namang nagliwanag ang mukha niya ng mai-sink in na niya ang ibig kong sabihin.
"Bakit? Selos ka 'no? Nagseselos ba ang panget?" wika niya sabay tinaas baba pa ng kanyang kilay.
I give him a poker face. "Why should I be jealous? Sige nga, playboy." I said while cleaning my things and putting it inside my bag.
"Malay ko--" He stop and stare me. "--Baka may gusto ka sakin?" Mapanuksong wika niya.
I gulped. "Hay nako! Gutom lang yan." I rolled my eyes, escaping the awkward moment. I stand up and pick up my bag.
"Speaking of gutom. Tara? Libre mo ko sa canteen. Please ..." Sabi ko sa kanya sabay puppy eyes.
He stood up and hold my hand. "Sige.." He said then smile. "Para naman makabawi ako sa bestfriend kong nagtatampo. Baka mangayayat ka." He said then pinched my nose.
I just pouted.
Then we walk towards the canteen.
"Babe!"
Someone shouted.
We are here in the canteen and we just finished eating. I look to the girl who's walking towards us.
'So.. That's his new girlfriend?'
"Hey babe." He said as he wrapped his arm around the girl's waist.
I just looked at them. "I better go. Thanks for the snack. See you around." I said while picking my bag.
"Okay. I just text you later." He replied and give me a smile.
