Emelia’s P.O.V
I walk out of the bathroom all dressed and hear random chords being played on the guitar. I look up and see Luke sitting on the mattress with the guitar in his lap. He is intensely staring at the strings he is playing and is biting his lip in concentration. Wow. I didn’t know there was even more things about this boy that could turn me on.
I walk over to him quietly so I don’t disturb him but it doesn’t work because he looks up at me and smiles.
“You play, right?” he says as I approach
“No, I mean yes but like not well, I can play basic stuff” I reply and he takes the guitar off his lap and places the guitar on the mattress before getting up and wrapping his arms around my waist and pulling me into his lap on the mattress.
“Well why don’t I help you then” he says looking at me with a huge smile. I pick up the guitar from next to us and place it on my lap.
“What do you want to play?” I say.
“I was thinking If It Means A Lot to You by ADTR” he continues, placing his hands on top of mine.
“What are the chords?” I ask. “Because I think I’ve played that song before and can play Em, G and C but I’m stuck on the F chord” I continue.
“Here” he says placing my fingers in the right position for a F chord.
I strum the guitar a few times until it finally sounds decent and smile up at Luke because I finally have learnt the chord.
I then start playing the chord progression of the song and Luke starts singing along.
“And hey darling I need you here tonight….”
My heart beats fast when I hear him. His voice is angelic, like yes I’ve heard it on albums and songs before and live before in concert but there’s just something so beautiful being the only ones in the room and him singing in my ear.
After he sings the chorus he stops and looks at me. “Your turn Emelia”
“Wait What?” I say.
“The next verse is yours” he replies.
“I can’t sing, why don’t you just keep going” I add on.
“babe I know you can sing, please just let me hear your voice” He pleads, looking me in the eye with the sweetest puppy dog face.
“argh fine” I say and start singing quietly.
“And hey sweetie well I need you here tonight….”

Luke’s P.O.V
Holy shit. Emelia. Like I knew she could sing but wow she’s amazing. She’s so perfect, literally at everything. Her voice is like a gift from the gods, I could listen to that all day. I am literally speechless right now.
I look at Emelia in my lap and my cheeks start to hurt from the huge grin on my face. She gets to the chorus and that’s when I join in with her and we sing the song together until the end.
Once we finish the song I take the guitar out of her lap and place it next to us on the floor. I then lift Emelia off my lap and place her on the mattress, hovering over her.
She starts giggling but I stop her by placing my lips on her soft ones. We kiss sweetly for a few seconds before we pull apart.
“You’re so beautiful and talented and please sing for me again” I babble
She just blushes and hides her face in her hands. I lift up her hands away from her face and pull her chin up so she’s looking into my eyes.
“You are and don’t ever think otherwise” I say and give her another sweet kiss.

I am so sorry for the late update, last week was my last week of school so I had a lot of major assignments but yay I also get 2 months off now! I will be updating regular again now though!
I also have been busy because I found out yesterday that I won a competition and IN 2 DAYS I AM FLYING TO SYDNEY AND MEETING 5SOS!!!!!!!!!
